Review: Through this company I booked a tour in New Orleans. The tour guide did not know the hours of the tour location and--as a result--what was less than a 90 minute tour ended up being just 15 minutes. The tour guide advised us to call the tour company to get a refud. However, the tour company's phone number redirects to the Zerve (the booking company who deals with refunds) and they refuse to anwer any emails. I have now called the Zerve over 7 times over the last three weeks and each time they told me that they cannot get in touch with the tour company. Each time they have told me they would have someone call me back (and have not). Each time they tell me they are unable to give me a refund because they can not get in touch with the tour company and have not over the last three weeks. I find that they cannot get in contact with the tour company to be problematic and have asked them to issue be a refund since they themselves cannot get in touch with the tour company with whom they have contract andthat they advertise for. They have refused to do so on numerous occasions. I would like a refund.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for my tour.

Review: I used Zerve to book a tour recently for a company by the name of [redacted] in Hawaii. The tour is booked for March [redacted]. On the email confirmation I received, It clearly stated that I can reschedule within 24 hours. I contacted [redacted] to reschedule and was told that I needed to reschedule through Zerve. When I contacted Zerve they told me I have to reschedule through [redacted], to which I told them that I could not as they directed me to them. Zerve then proceeded to tell me that they could not reschedule the reservation until they had [redacted]s approval, but [redacted] would not answer there phone. What makes this confusing is that the only way to book tickets over the internet for [redacted] is through Zerve, they are specifically listed on their website and Zerve has access to all of the available dates and times. I still have not been rescheduled and continued to be told that there is nothing that Zerve can do for me until they reach [redacted]. I allowed Zerve 24 hours in which to reach [redacted] to reschedule and told them that if I do not hear anything I want the reservation refunded. When I called back they told me the same thing. That they cannot cancel or refund a reservation without permission. To me this is a very unprofessional company that basically can't do anything for customers other than take their money and then when you actually need them to do something with the reservation they cannot help you in the least bit and you are expected to continue to hassle them while being told there is nothing that they can do for you.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the reservation that I booked. This amount totals $171.78
