I am rejecting this response because: I do realize the vehicles are sold as is, however advertising and failure to respond to inquiries my biggest complaint. The advertisements stated that the vehicle came with floor mats and a spare tire, neither were included. I was also told by the *** that the driver side mirror would be fixed prior to shipping the vehicle. That was never done either. *** knew I did not have a mechanic in Texas. *** also said he would not hesitate to drive the vehicle to Pennsylvania from Texas....that's how confident he was in it. My only mistake was taking his word for it. No jack, no tools, no spare tire, had to replace two inner tie rods, had to replace front drive axle, headlights are full of water, both taillights are cracked, broken mirror, cracked rim, windshield washer reservoir cracked and leaking and coolant system filled mostly with water not antifreeze. All this and they won't even return a call or text to replace the mirror, tire and floor mats? advertising and lack of integrity.

All of our vehicles are sold AS ISAll of our customers are encouraged to have the vehicle inspected by an independent inspector prior to making a purchaseHe was also asked to have the truck taken to a mechanic of his choice...He declined to do soHe was also offered an extended service policy
to protect his purchaseBut he declined that as well

I am rejecting this response because:  Dear Discount Motors.  I cannot argue or disagree with any of your points in your last reply, however, you are still not replying to my original issue which was the broken driver side mirror which [redacted] said he would fix and the missing spare tire and floor mats which your ad clearly indicated were included.  When I called and texted to discuss those points, I could not get any kind of a response from anyone.  That is what upsets me the most.  You didn't guarantee I wouldn't need to replace any parts, but your ad did say spare tire and floor mats.  And [redacted] did say he would fix the mirror.  Even if someone had just replied to me, the Revdex.com would not be involved.  I spent $36.37 on a used spare tire, $70.00 on a rim, $30.00 for floor mats and $36.88 on another mirror.  Yes, I have spent close to $1000 on other issues that were not warrantied and I understand you will not be reimbursing me for those and why should you?  But the items that should be covered amount to $173.25.  Thanks in advance for your consideration.
