Hi,We have sent the order within the timeframe stated (3-weeks)The customer made a dispute to [redacted] and a complaint to Revdex.com before the end of this time frame.We were forced to refund the order, even though the items are about to be delivered in the time frame statedWe hope that the customer will have the decency to return the items after the delivery

The order has been sent, also it is refunded.The customer used dirty language in our fan page and we were forced to remove him from it.He can keep the products and the money and he should stop harassing us
