In response to complaint customer stated that she was wanting just a formal apology from the owner and the plumber that serviced her jobThis was done in the first response so I don't understand why it was rejected

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], I have since spoken to my insurance and they advised me that the company in question was wrong to request a second payment since the job was not done correctly. Personally I would have not been upset if the technician and the management from the company had not been so rude to me. Management wouldn't even allow me to explain the situation she kept cutting me off and was raising her voice. I have requested in the future that any pluming concerns Not be assigned to this company . I do not wish to do business with a company that has no people skills.  Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

We where sent out to this call through the customers home warranty company. The plumber had found the problem and had ordered parts from Moen so that repair could be made since the faucet has a lifetime warranty and we where working under customers home warranty company. Before the customer even...

received the parts from Moen so the job could be completed they made a complaint to the Revdex.com which how could a complaint be even filed if a job is not complete and they never gave us a chance to finish the job. Since this customer took it upon them self to make a false complaint we have refused service to this customer and have informed their home warranty company to transfer it to another company. This could be why the company before us could not complete the call due to the customer making false complaints.

In response to this complaint, the facts that were given are not accurate, including the disputed amounts of $1,000 and $600.  This response will discuss the facts of this case as they are.  To begin, the work was done through the customer's home warranty company American Home Shield....

 AHS covered $477 of the job, and the home owner was supposed to pay $759.50.  Due to AHS's data entry errors, the homeowner was told to only pay $482.50.  Moreover, at the time of service, the homeowner was not available due to his current residence, and thus, only the tenant/renter of this home received the invoice.  Once the paperwork for this job was turned into our office, the billing department found there were errors in the authorized amounts.  Therefore, our office contacted AHS, and after several calls AHS came to the conclusion that they had input incorrect data into certain categories in their system which caused the amounts to be incorrectly stated.  At this point, AHS told us the homeowner was responsible for the remaining balance of $277.  The homeowner was then contacted at which time he refused to pay this cost.  After a few days, AHS contacted our office and informed us that they would pay the balance of $277 for the homeowner.  The homeowner was emailed a copy of the invoice with a breakdown of each stated cost.

This was a home warranty 3rd party customer. The claim was denied through the home warranty. We gave the home owner an estimate and she agreed. The job has been completed.

meeting the companies expectations. The girl in my office that was handling the schedule was also having the same issues of meeting expectations so she has been replaced. It really helps when customers give feedback about my company once again I am really sorry about your experience this is not the kind of job I want my people out there doing and is totally unacceptable.

The customer's home warranty company sent Zeus plumbing out to customer's home. Upon arrival the plumber found the main sewer was not draining but the customer had no clean out on the main line to access the sewer. Zeus plumbing called the customer's home warranty company to give report of what was...

found and that there was no clean out on main sewer at this point the home warranty denied the claim due to no clean out on main sewer. The customer wanted my plumber to use the clean out for his kitchen sink to clear the line but the customer's home warranty doesn't cover sewer claims with out a outside ground level clean out. Trying to run a machine through a small clean out to clear a main sewer is improper and doesn't allow you to run a large enough machine to clear the line properly.

We installed a new garbage disposal on 6/30/15 for Ms. [redacted]. This was our second time to the home, the first time (06/01/2015) we did collect a service fee set by Ms. [redacted]'s home warranty company. On our second visit when we called in to the home warranty company to update them on the job we were...

instructed to collect another service fee. When our technician tried to collect Ms. [redacted] became very upset, and refused. She then contacted our office where we informed her we were just doing what we were instructed to do by the home warranty. Should her home warranty still want to collect they will bill her.  We are a third party in this matter and wish Ms. [redacted] no frustration in this. We apologize for any miscommunication or misunderstanding.

I am rejecting this response because: As stated in my original complaint against this company, the plumber from Zeus DID resolve the problem for which they were hired. The Zeus plumber resolved the leaking kitchen faucet. However, in the process of trying to remedy the leak, the plumber from Zeus also broke a part in the faucet handle. This is why the replacement part was ordered. The part was not the cause of the leak as Zeus plumbing is trying to imply. My home warranty company later contracted with a different company. For the purpose of this complaint we will call this new company, CAT. The plumber from CAT came to resolve the issues created by the Zeus plumber. The plumber CAT noted and confirmed in the invoice all the problems caused by the Zeus plumber. No part of my complaint is false. Contrary to the suggestion made by Zeus plumbing, the company that was called out before Zeus did not receive any false complaints from me because I don't make false complaints. They did not receive any complaints from me at all because they did not break my property. In fact, that is why they did not do the work. They initially thought they would need to cut an access hole. In their professionalism, they admitted they were not equipped for such a task. Further to the issues caused by the Zeus plumber, the plumber from CAT also noticed that the Zeus plumber stripped the screw in the shower handle while attempting to make that repair. As an additional point of Zeus' unprofessionalism, I received a call from Zeus plumbing after the complaint was first brought to their attention. The lady on the call proceeded to threaten me with legal action for a defamation. I was told that unless I removed the complaint from Revdex.com, the Zeus legal team would pursue legal action. When I refused to remove the complaint, I was told to expect an email from the Zeus legal team.
