Zeus Tire

ok the customer called two days after buying the used tires, said theirs a problem with the tires. we told him to bring the tire to us and we will fix it. he refused to bring the tire back, and told us that we will come out and fix it. well first thing is zeus tire  does not have a service...

truck nor do we do service calls  so with that being said the customer was very rude and tell me I am going to come out and fix it. but I explained to him over and over which he could not understand that if he got the car or just the tire back to me it would either be fixed or replaced for free but he chose not to get it fixed so I don't know what else to do for him we tried to work with him...

This is part of reason why this complaint was submitted.  The response from the company telling you that they said the didnt have a wrecker truck or setvice vehicle is irrelevance in this matter.  The company is insisting that they attempted to help the situation by appealing to having me take the vehicle to their shop while I was at home and my wife was at work.  I had no means to get where my wife was so I called on them to up hold their word.  The other side of this problem is the company insisting that I am some how mistaken about what was guaranteed by the point of sale suggests that I must be incompetent and unable to perceive what was actually said.  I am a Veteran of the United States Navy.  I don't take it lightly when someone assumes I don't know what I am talking about, nor do I take it lightly to be looked upon as a liar.  The fact that the company doesn't want to assume a professional stance and hold up their word as a "reputable" company, speaks for the relevance of the character involved.  To assume as well, that I was inappropriate about a matter potentially involving the safety and security og my wife gives me adequate reason to be the way I was.  This is not acceptable.
