Mrs [redacted] is our privilege and very old coustomer and we always provided the best support,services and products to her.her computer got crashed due to the mother board failure and she needed help so we only suggested her to get a brand new all in one pc at the best price Since we had some promotional offers then.We never forced her it was only a suggestion which she agreed and then we shipped her a brand new ALL IN ONE COMPUTER.with all securities,softwares and few other special programmes she wanted to have in her new computerbut later on she had problems1st) she got ill and was not able to use the softwares and applications very well and2nd) her husband didnt approved her for this computer.so after couple of months she decided to blame the company for her issues asked for refundSo keeping her illness in mind we decided to refund 5000$ immediately after recieving the refund request but then it was brought to our notice that she had some issueswith her bank.So we kindly request Revdex.com to ask Mrs [redacted] to kindly resolve the issues with her bank which is not our business

I am rejecting this response because:They are lying and told me they would refund my moneyAfter stealing my money via Ding, they said that they would provide a refund ONLY if I paid them $1,The technician who contacted me identified himself only as "Technician"This company was the only one who had access to my debit card to create the charges via DingI have contacted the police in their city and my town

I am rejecting this response because: iInaccurate & information.Zexcel did provide computer support. The motherboard did't fail, they froze the computer, which inturn I had to purchase a new DesktopThe desktop computer is working well.I had asked if they can provide me with a computer fully loaded; so they sent me a laptop, which was supposed to have ALL IN ONE COMPUTER PROGRAM, but didn't .When I received the laptop, it had nothing on it litrally, nothing. They advise me that they were still working on the program & it was going to take a couple of weeks. Per thier policy , guaranteed within weeks of purchase. I gave them some leway; because of my back injury flaring upwhich shouldn"t have affected their work on the program.My Husband has no say in what I buy and don"t buy. He didn't care about the laptop.The company was supposed to reinburse me $1,and one day the called telling me that they will refund me my money and the wanted to transfer direct from their bank into may account. When it was supposedly my turn to enter the dollar amount, they add $10,supposedly extra in error and I had to go to the bank and withdraw the $10,000.00.So I went and withdrew the money & waited for their so called bank agent to pick it up from my house. I noticed the next day that my account was $10,short, which they made me believe that I screwed up. I figured it out and put the $10,back into my account. They sent a guy to pick it up, but I had already called the police
