I have been trying to get my payoff because I want to save money by paying my debt off early. I called to get pay off and the gentleman said he was having computer problems, then a few days later I emailed, then sent another email today.

Although not required to do so, as a courtesy, the Company will reach out to the customer withan offer to resolve their loan.

I called customer service 11/8/2017. I wanted to see if it was possible to do a half payment on my normal billing date and do the other half of the payment with my following due date. My fiance has been very ill and I have missed work. I cant afford to pay all of it. I have paid all of my loan payments on time and in full in the past and was very frustrated that I couldnt do an arrangement. Not only that but the agent I spoke with was very rude. I asked what they do to help their customers nothing? And she replied "yep" very unprofessional. I am appalled.
