This company refuses to accept return of stone which is not worth price paid Jeweler advised me that to replace stone in my existing ring would be redundant as it was worth no more than the existing stone I tried to return and they are sticking with their no loose stone policy It has no value of I tried to dispute purchase with my card issuer and Ziamond will not budge Return policy not the issue Quality of merchandise IS Link to EBay is not covered under EBay guarantee policy These people are an internet based business with a vast pool of people to defraud I have a stone that I am stuck with I have retained all correspondence with Ziamond and can prove that the stone is not worth price I paid
This website is the most aweful that I have ever seen!!! It is very expensive since it is not real diamond but make up a name called "ziamond"And it refused to returnI spent 700$ to purchase a fake diamondAnd My tragedy may helps the others!!!
BUYERS PLEASE BEWARE! Ziamond is very questionable company at best. Purchased a necklace and it was defective. They would not under any circumstance refund my purchase. They offered to fix the necklace but said they had never had any issues with this necklace. The necklace was on clearance and not eligible for return. I took to old jeweler and he said the entire piece was defective and should never have been sold under the pretense by the seller. It took him precious time to make the necklace right. "Ziamond" truly needs to be investigated likely for many reasons. I was not able to leave a review on their web sight. I question the reviews which are posted. They sold a piece of junk to a person who will not ever be taken advantage of or written off as just another customer. I believe they sold maybe to the right person. I believe they possibly need to be exposed for possible many factors. They put themselves first. The customer is somewhere behind. I could not let this pass. When someone or something is wrong the public needs this information.
I ordered the 3ctw 14kt.gold cushion cut earrings with screw backs.out The problem was that I received 1 small and 1 large screw back.The earrings donot fit properly due to the backings I received. These are one of the earrings to safely wear and can't wear them.I called customer service and told them what I received and was told very rudely there is no way we would send you something like that we only make 1 size screw backs explained to her I received 2 different sizes she kept being rude and talking over me to where it was difficult to finish explaining to her .I told her the only thing I need if the correct screw back so I can wear my earrings.She kept implying that i'm lying I told her as i'm still calm talking to her that she's very unprofessional and that I would never talk to my patient's or client's the way she's doing to me I asked her what her name is she gave a name that sounds unreal and hung up
