I ordered the 3ctw 14kt.gold cushion cut earrings with screw backs.out The problem was that I received small and large screw back.The earrings donot fit properly due to the backings I receivedThese are one of the earrings to safely wear and can't wear them.I called customer service and told them what I received and was told very rudely there is no way we would send you something like that we only make size screw backs explained to her I received different sizes she kept being rude and talking over me to where it was difficult to finish explaining to her .I told her the only thing I need if the correct screw back so I can wear my earrings.She kept implying that i'm lying I told her as i'm still calm talking to her that she's very unprofessional and that I would never talk to my patient's or client's the way she's doing to me I asked her what her name is she gave a name that sounds unreal and hung up

Ziamond is very questionable company at best Purchased a necklace and it was defective They would not under any circumstance refund my purchase They offered to fix the necklace but said they had never had any issues with this necklaceThe necklace was on clearance and not eligible for return I took to old jeweler and he said the entire piece was defective and should never have been sold under the pretense by the seller It took him precious time to make the necklace right "Ziamond" truly needs to be investigated likely for many reasons I was not able to leave a review on their web sight I question the reviews which are posted They sold a piece of junk to a person who will not ever be taken advantage of or written off as just another customer I believe they sold maybe to the right person I believe they possibly need to be exposed for possible many factors They put themselves first The customer is somewhere behind I could not let this pass When someone or something is wrong the public needs this information
