To whom it may concern:I sent my previous email before I was notified by the homeowner about the notice on her door I have taken swift action to get this completed to the inspectors requests We have since completed all of the work and both a mid roof inspection and a final inspection has passed The homeowner now can send off the inspection results to the solar company so that they can install her solar panels and then get her insurance company to accept the class shingles that we have installed As mentioned before the reimbursement check was sent out this week to cover the cost of her energy bill so that she would not have to pay anything out of pocket for the delays I have also mentioned that if there are any additional costs that have been accumulated over this period of time that we would cover those as well I wanted to insure the homeowner that we will do whatever necessary to make things right with her and if she is need of anything else that we will make sure that we accommodate her promptly and professionally Please let me know if there are any additional items that I need to addressAll work has been completed according to this complaint and would like to get this resolved with all parties Thank you,Scott Z***

I am rejecting this response because: MrZ*** has indicated to me that he would forward the inspectors final results by email Though I have gotten a notice left on my door, it does not look very professional in that it is only initialed not signed and the printing about the need for further inspection is merely crossed out If I were the solar company or the insurance company, I'd have reason to wonder if the homeowner had falsified this notice I'm hoping that the notice that is to be forwarded to me will be more official I therefore need more documentation I have received the check for one month of lost solar power and will submit the second month shortly

I have been in contact with the property owner and everything has been corrected The delay with the Permit was a paperwork problem that was addressed immediately after contacting the homeowner on my return from being out of townWe have scheduled the inspection and have also reimbursed the
client for their electricity bill and class shingle installation for their homeowners insurance I have been in constant contact with the homeowner to correct this problem promptly
