Review: I had them put Diamond gloss paint protector on my truck. They did a very poor job with it and left wax all over my truck in place the wax shouldn't go. They also dented my truck while they were working on and they refuse to pay for the damage or give me a refund.Desired Settlement: I want them to pay for damages and refund me for their poor work.

Mr. [redacted] is requesting relief from charges for a service we did on Sept 26, 2015. At the time of service he never questioned the quality of the Diamond Gloss paint protection we provided. The customer says we put a dent in his truck. I provided tip customer with a cd from our surveillance cameras showing his vehicle in the parking lot and the entire time it was being serviced which shows we did nothing to dent it. He picked up this cd 1 week after his appointment and still did not discuss dissatisfaction with the quality of the Diamond Gloss.I did offer, as good customer service, to pay for a dent remover at an average of $ 50.00 to $ 60.00 dollars to make him happy. He brought me an estimate of $500.00 which is outrageous. I explained to him that I was not willing to pay that for something I simply did not do.The customer is requesting money back for a service that has been on his truck since September 26, 2015. I do not feel you should get refunded for a service that was provided to you that is noti returnable.The only thing that will make the customer happy is if I pay 500.00 to fix a dent we did not do. I have contacted him and that is what he wants. I offered to reprocess the areas of the diamond gloss that he is not satisfied with and he does not want me to.Autumn D[redacted]

Review: 2004 Cadillac escalade brought to Ziebart to have interior and exterior cleaning and waxing. We notified car was ready to pick up. the carpeting was saturated with water. and the factory installed navigation would not work. owner notified before the car left the shop that the navigation was broke, the owner states let the car dry out. with the assistance of a dehumidifier, and removal of 1 gal of water from the interior compartment. the navigation still did not work. returned to ziebart and the owner removed the fuse to " reset" with no luck. I was instructed to return car to cadillac dealer and they would cover the cost. When the estimate was faxed to Ziebart, the owner states he will not pay for a new system. I want the navigation working. and replaced to a operating conditionDesired Settlement: REplacement of navigation as promised by owner of ziebart

She has been going to the Ziebart in Wexford for her annual maintenances. She was told 3 years ago at first signs of rust to bring her vehicle to Mckeesport to process claim. At that time the repair would have been minimal. The warranty clearly states that the vehicle must be presented to the issuing dealer with in 30 days. The vehicle was not brought to mckeesport for 3 years after it showed the signs of rust. That is why the claim has been denied.[redacted]
