find a source that will agree with his issue but he does not want to understand that you can not return damaged product and expect a refund. The defective unit was damaged beyond repair as you will find in the photos and the technician had sent this to the garbage as there was nothing that could be done. We offered to send him a returned unit that was returned damaged in better condition than he sent back but he refused our offer. Difficult to please this customer.

Yes the scale was dirty (it was used to weight dogs what do you expect) but that was not the problem even thou the scale was dirty and filthy like they say , it was still in working condition , based on what my nephew told me , now their technician says otherwise , the only way I was going to find out who was saying a true statement was by receiving the dirty and filthy scale back , but their technician decided to dispose of it , not giving me the chance to inspect it myself , besides that they even ask me if I wanted it back as you can see on the emails I attached on the initial complaint , that's when they ask me to pay 20.00 for the return of the scale , but they are try to say something else , if they had already dispose of the scale , why would they ask me if I still wanted it back ? and even accept my return fee payment of 20.00 it was not until I keep asking for a return confirmation number , when they simply say that their technician had dispose of it , and the only thing they could do , refund me the 20.00 and the scale?
Yes I did file a complaint with amazon but it was not successful not because of the condition of the scale , It was because of the date of the purchase it had been more than a year , that's why the claim didn't go thru , but if you can see on an email from a amazon representative he's even asking the company to do the right thing base on their actions of "disposing" of a scale , when we had agree that I was going to received it back , and not only amazon I try to make a claim thru my bank but It was denied because of the time limitations on Visa , because the transaction was older than a year, also I summited a complaint with the state of Georgia consumer affairs , they can't do much about it in fact they are the ones that recommended me to file the complaint with the state of Minnesota , when ZIEIS points out that I file a claim and was denied because of the condition of the scale is clearly a lie , it was due of the time , also they make it look like I have done a claim elsewhere why bother again. They even went as far as threating me with amazon that if I responded to the claim I file again they were going to consider that harassment , why would it be harassment when I'm only looking for a fair treatment as a customer , believe me if I lived on the state of Minnesota I would Sue your company even if it was only $200.00 and change , I don't like the way your company threat customers , let alone when you ZIEIS accuse me of being a customer that was trying to cheat their company , on their letter to the Georgia consumer complaints , ZIEIS went as far as saying that I wasted a lot of peoples time by summiting this claim and that it was a small amount less than 200.00 , not sure who they are but you don't tell that to people , if you consider that pocket change why are you still avoiding in every was being responsible for the actions that where obviously wrong , if anybody has the chance to ready every single email time and date you will see that the communication was there , just the actions are missing , and yes they offered to shipped me a scale "similar" to the one I had for parts if I wanted it , but then on the letter to the Georgia consumer affairs , ZIEIS lies again and say that they offered to shipped me another in "like New condition" for 20.00 , and that I refused , when we agree the fee of 20.00 for the damage scale , that's clearly a lie on their part , overall I do not accept their claim and if anybody is serious about this matter please read the emails I attached on the initial claim and you will see that I'm not lying in any way. ZIEIS is not a company you can trust and I regret the day I follow their instructions of shipping the scale to them for "verification" the worst decision I made , I paid 40.00 for shipping the scale back , then 20.00 for the return scale , and NO SCALE even if it was Damaged.

This customer just notified us today of this issue and had no reason to send this here yet.  She was notified prior to shipping this product that we were sending a different model and she approved the scale change via an email communication.   We have taken action and sent them a return...

label via UPS to send this scale back.  Once the scale has been returned and inspected we will send the refund if in NEW unused condition.She did not allow time for a response from us so this should not even be an issue at this time.

ZIEIS Support <[email protected]> To [redacted] Jul 26 at 4:58 PM HI [redacted],There was no need to turn this over to the Revdex.com.We will take care of this....even though noted as you approved the scale change before we shipped the product.  Look back at your previous emails.The scale is manufactured from the same place but the Zieis scale has a platform made in the USA not the scale components. ( Most Elect[redacted]ic parts are made in CHINA)I will forward a UPS shipping label for you to send this scale back and please remove the complaint from Revdex.com.ThanksZieis Support Team Here is the RETURN SERVICE UPS TRACKING  [redacted] And her response back to my email was:   To ZIEIS Support Jul 26 at 5:34 PM I have approved a DIFFERENT COLOR, not different scale.  I wanted a Zieis scale not a TREE.  I tired resolving this through your company by chat and phone none of which were returned.  I will remove the complaint once we complete the return.[redacted] & [redacted]Fairfax, Vermont###-###-####
