Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: it is a total lieMy order was placed at at nightSo my cc being charged at is ridiculous, I also have police report in handRecorded every call made to them and also have my cc statement, the credit was givin TWO days later, after the police contacted themThe employee that answered the phone did not ask me to repeat my order, she asked me if I was sure I ordered from there and my response was "are you kidding me I gave you my cc info and have already been chargedThe driver never made it to my home he called me to get directions when I'm blocks away from them (recorded as well) bottom line is they are rude and unprofessional and should not be allowed to conduct buosness this wayPpl trust them with their cc info and to say what if I don't refund makes for a very dishonest personalityI will provide ALL documentation AND have contacted a lawyer being that they have all my personal information Sincerely, [redacted] ***

To Whom It May Concern, This is a response to [redacted] complaint against Ziggy’s Pizza RestaurantWe are unsure of what [redacted] statements are, so we are going to clarify and address what happened on December 16, Around 10:pm, [redacted] ordered two subs on our menuWe told her delivery would take about to minutesThe total came up to $According to our credit card records, she was charged at 10:pmAfter the food finished cooking, we sent it out on delivery to her houseAt the very same time, [redacted] called in to see where her food was atThe original receptionist, who took [redacted] order, was not available at the momentAnother employee answered her call, asking what was it she ordered because that employee needed to see whether or not the order was completeWe use a ticket system at Ziggy’s Pizza Restaurant, so we often ask callers to repeat their order or address to locate their orderShe begins to insult the employee and ask where her order isAfter a couple of minutes passed by, the driver reached the address that she provided to us, but she did not accept the order because she had sent her husband to pick up the order, which she did not inform usMeanwhile, her husband walks into the restaurant to get the orderWe inform him that the order has already leftHe begins to insult the employee who answered [redacted] when she called to check on her orderHe tells the employees that it was taking too long for the order, and then he began to insult the businessWhile the husband was still at the pizzeria, the driver comes back with the orderWe inform him that his order came back, but he did not want to accept itAfter he left, [redacted] called us and requested for us to return her moneyDue to her husband’s reaction within the pizzeria, the manager intervened took the phone away from the employee that was talking to [redacted] during this whole timeHe informed he was going to refund the money, but she was not cooperating with him and hanged up the phoneAs before, her credit card was refunded at 11:pmThis whole incident occurred under less than an hour from since she placed her orderAccording to her statement, we never refunded her moneyShe also claimed to have reported us to the local police departmentWe investigated into whether or not she made a claim to the police departmentThere was no record found of her reporting us to the police for stealing her moneyIn addition, we have credit card records that show we did refund her creditwhich we will be providing the Revdex.com if neededAs a business, we want to point out that the validity of her statements are more than questionable and would like this problem to end, so we don’t waste our timeWe will leave it upon the Revdex.com to determine how to deal with [redacted] ***but our business does not plan on making any sort of amends since we did not do anything wrongIf the Revdex.com have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact the restaurant at ###-###-####, or send another letter to our locationThank you for your timeBest, Ziggy’s Pizza Restaurant
