Ziggy's Restaurant & Sportsbar

I have always visited this establishment and have never had a bad experience. However, this evening a pizza was delivered to our table and it was completely burnt. I politely asked The waitress if she could return the pizza and give us a new one. The owner, [redacted] proceeded to come out and made very derogatory remarks to me and my children stating the pizza was not burnt and if I didn't like it , I did not have to return to his establishment. I only paid for the pizza because the waitress had informed me that someone else had complained a few hours earlier and she was stuck paying the bill. It boggles my mind to know that an owner care so little about his customers and employees. He should find a new light line of Business that doesn't involve customer service or cooking. Extremely disappointed and I will make sure everyone I know in the area doesn't visit that establishment again.
