We are not disputing the claims of [redacted]. It took a lot longer than Zigexpected to find any answers about [redacted]'s warranty. We have received the requireddocumentation needed from [redacted] to move ahead with the warranty issue . We arewaiting on word from the manufacturer at this time.

This matter has been resolved. We were waiting on warranty issues.

This has created a burden onZig to do all the service calls and sales calls himself.We are not disputing the claims of [redacted] in any way. This issue was resolved but I feel this business does not deserve a A rating  Their customer service stinks  They were supposed to be here last Tuesday between 9 and 11 am and he arrived at 4:30  He gave me a quote osf 300 and after he was done tried to up iy

I have had a very bad experience with Zig’s Heating and Cooling. Zig installed my heating and cooling system approximately 9 years ago. Two years ago he came to add freon, telling me that the loss of freon is typical over time. Now, the condenser I EMPTY. Zig said he would come over. He never came. I called and left at least 10 messages. He never returned my call. He is untrustworthy.

Review: I purchased a new air conditioning unit from Zigs July 2104. I first had a problem with it not working on June 11th 2015. I called to report that it was not working and someone came and fixed it within a couple days. The following week June 19th I called back because it was not working again and I was told that [redacted] would be out there either that Friday or Saturday, which never happened. I called back that Monday the 22nd and [redacted] said he would be out there that week, again which never happened and the worst part is that he never even calls to cancel so I have someone sit and wait all day and he never calls or shows up. The next week I called again and of course he was going to come again and still to this day he has not showed up or even bothered to call! My unit is still under warranty or I would have called someone else a long time ago! I do not understand how this man stays in business, and I see online that I am far from the only person who he has done this to!

In May, Zig had his son and co worker disconnect my A/C so my basement could be redone due to inapporiate work by Clete Long Enterprises check his FaceBook and Revdex.com. Irregardless, Zig was supposed to reconnect it at 11 am on 6/26 whicg was a Friday. I explained to him due to weather I had animals and my Cancer Condition remission from Leukemia I could not be overheated. . Called him at noon said was on a job in Brookfield and would be longer, Well to make a long story short and after many calls and promises to show at 7;30 pm never came. Again the next day same story a no show, Mt contractoer called him on Sunday and promised to be there by 3pm again a NO SHOW. I SPENT 3 DAYS WAITING for him. I called [redacted]. My contractor was not happy with his business practices. My motto CHEAPER IS NOT BETTER, but [redacted], my contractor picked Zig cause he was cheaper. You get what you pay for. [redacted]

Zig's initially installed my new heating/cooling system several years back. He came back today and fixed my (failure to maintain my A/C) quickly and efficiently. I have also referred his business to a friend and my friend is totally satisfied. Thanks Zig’s!

I had a new boiler put in for 10 k, he never got it in right and it worked very badly. After about 11 service calls ive decided to call someoen else, right now I just came home from the thing blowing so much steam a tenant called the fire dept, he does unsafe bad work

Very unprofessional conduct. Failure to make appointments, do not return calls. Numerous excuses for no shows. Completely unreliable. I would not recommend this business.
