Zilaskin cream is a scamYou buy a trial for 4.95But you have actually signed up For a monthly dose of this supposed wonder creamTotal scamWould not refund even after package was delivered Broken inside packaging and debating he misleading advertising
Product_Or_Service: Zilaskin cream

Desired Outcome

Other (requires explanation) Business should be fined and reprimanded for misleading advertising and not doing good business A Scam that should be stopped and shut downPeriod

same with me....I got scammed tried to dispute with my credit card company and ZILA SKIN are so use to the complaints they have come up with a 14 page case summary evidence of all the fine print that us a consumer ordering online don't get at all. They had no right to charge me a price that I did not discuss with anyone they charge my account what they wanted to charge. I am seeking legal advice

Being a business owner myself, this business is joke. I signed up for the free trial and knew it was a monthly subscription. After I received the 2nd order, I decided to cxl. I contacted and was emailed back that my order was cancelled from future Billings. When I received my credit card statement I noticed I was charged for 2 shipments instead of 1, since I had a "Free Trial". When I called, I was told that the trial is free but the product itself was not. That makes absolutely ZERO sense. You can try it for 14 days and if you don't cancel within those 14 days you are charged. Very misleading and deceptive business practices. Glad I decided to stop giving this company my money!

Same as all the rest here on Revdex.com/ Saw the offer of a shipping costs only offer for the eye-bag cream and ordered. I read as much of the fine print as I could absorb and went ahead. Got the ship-cost only sample. It did help, I'll give them that much. Right after that I got very ill and was out of commission for 6 weeks with an upper body infection that took 4 big time antibiotics to stop. I did not keep up with much, just wasn't;t ableto during that time a second package from them arrived (incidentally not the FL address but an AZ one). When I recovered, I discovered the 14 day return time in the original box. I had no idea of that and went to their website to find out what was what. It simply was not interactive - links did not work, even their customer service email was dead. So I copied it and pasted it into Google, asking them to stop shipments. I still had no idea about the two additional charges for more than $150 that they had posted. They replied that the auto ship, which I had no idea I'd signed up for, was canceled. then I discovered that $!50+charges - -posted exactly 14 days after the initial order posting. Even if their notices had been clear, to give 14 days return time they would have had to post 15 days after initial order. And this was less than 14 from the time the unexpected second shipment arrived. They play the hidden charges game, then piously tell you that "you signed up for this". When conditions are hidden from a buyer in good faith, then the buyer cannot have agreed to them and the conditions cannot apply. Zila operates in bad faith. And that is sad because I found the eye cream to be good and thus then really don't need to play smoke and mirrors, hide the charges and hoodwink the customer. It is not only bad faith, but it is stupid.

They continue to charge my credit card even though I've canceled multiple times and the product does not work

Hello,

I show you signed up for a 14 day trial 1/14/2018, you incurred the purchasing costs for the product you received 2/7/2018. I show you were billed and sent a second shipment 3/9/2018. I then show your disputed both purchasing costs 3/25/2018, your account was closed and were refunded 3/25/2018 and kept all products you were sent.

We have not charged you anything additional.

This business is a scam. I tried to cancel my order immediately because they tacked on the eye cream. A doctor in Illinois received my email to them & said he has been inundated with emails from irate Zila customers, so many he has trouble accessing his actual customer emails. I was charged $150. for their product because I didn't cancel in time. Wonder how I could have since they gave the wrong email address & never answered their phone.

Zila Skin Response • Apr 11, 2018

Hello,

It appears you contacted the wrong company when you were attempting to cancel. Our contact information is located on the product you received, our website and shipping notification that was sent to you. I show your account was closed 2/16 when you disputed the purchasing costs associated with keeping the product after the trial period ended in which you had agreed to pay if you chose to keep the product past the trial period you signed up for.

Customer Response • Apr 11, 2018

Yes, I admit I did not read your fine print that must state that it isn't REALLY a free product, but thought I had done all I could to contact your company immediately. HOWEVER, you are obviously giving the wrong information for contacting you because I am just one of many who had the exact same email. Here is what I got back: You Have a New Message
Natural Solutions replied to your message:
Hi ***, I agree that this sounds like a scam. I don't know what you are referring to. I do not sell nor send any products. Please check your invoice/packaging slip for the correct business. I have been inundated with incorrect emails. Please know that you do not have the right business. Someone is using my shortened business name. I am in Illinois and my full business name is "***". People have told me they are getting a product from "Zila Cosmetics" and mistakenly believe it is coming from my company. I hope you are able to find and cancel your product. If you find a contact number, please email it to me if you think of it. I am getting so many of these emails that it is difficult for me to find my patient emails. Thank you

WHAT A SCAM! Zilaskin offers a free trial for the cream and eye serum only having to pay shipping costs. Within 2 weeks your credit card is charged $149.95. Then they charge you for another shipment. When you return it, they charge you a 20% restocking fee and state that you signed on with their terms (buried in a bunch of verbiage). The product doesn't even work. WHAT A RIP OFF. I pray no one else gets ripped off like I did.

I signed up for a one time trial. The product arrived promptly, I enjoy using the product. A bill arrived and I decided to pay for the product because of the quality. I had no intention of being on a monthly mailing. A second shipment arrived; I returned that unopened; I later got a bill for twice the amount of the first bill. I am not willing to pay for the returned product. I called to be taken off whatever mailing list they put me on. Again, the understanding was a one time trial. I will notify the fraud department of my credit card.

Hello,

Product has not been received for a refund. 3/9 order needs to be returned by 4/9 for a refund to be issued. Account was closed 3/26.

This company sends a trial of a product, doesn't state anywhere that they will be sending more products and charges your credit card month after month
In January 2018 I became aware that ZIla Derm was unauthorizedly charging my credit card for an online offer they promoted through Amazon in 3rd quarter 2018 December. The only reason I became aware of these fraudulent charges was because on Jan 22nd I received an email (attached) from "RX Pharma", a company I had never heard of before, (Zila Derm likely trying to disguise themselves and create confusion), thanking me for my order an order which I had not placed with either RX Pharma or Zila Skin for this matter. This email "order confirmation" did not state the amount of the sale, just of the two items that RX Pharma (Zila Skin) was conjuring up I ordered. As soon as I received this email I called the phone number in the email (this was the first time this company every provided their phone number as you can see from the initial email invoices from December 7th 2017) *** and it didn't work. It rang, then the voice on the other line of the phone stated that the number is no longer in service and the call would automatically disconnect. I replied to the email to cancel this order and any future orders. The email did not bounce back. I tried calling again in the subsequent days but same result. No other number could be found on the web for this company at this time.
I then went to check my credit card statements and my credit card was charged for $4.95 and $6.95 on 12/7/2017 and these were the ONLY non fraudulent charges for the Zila creams. All the other charges were disputed with Bank of America. The rep at Bank of America assisting me tried calling the same number, the only number he could find online and the same result, the number was disconnected. ( I hope this is in noted somewhere in his conversation with me when I disputed the charges) I then found another number to call this company and I was able to reach them. I told them I wanted to return the 2nd product I received as I didn't odered and I asked why they were charging my credit card for $289.70 for items I did not purchase (the breakdown was $69.95 + $74.90 + $69.95 + $74.90). The miss on the other line (who's name I didn't ask) started telling me that she could refund me for two of the four charges but if I wanted to keep the product I had already received I could have half off that product. I let her know that my wife was not happy with the first product and that I wanted to return it and since I didn't order any further products I wanted a refund for the total of $289.70, as these charges were unauthorized. She said the product was already shipped and it was now mine. At this point I also told her that a claim was filed to charge back to the total amount but if she would just refund it I could withdraw my claim. At this point she became rude and said she could no longer help me and that was the end of the conversation.
As stated above, I tried returning the product with them but this was unsuccessful. I still have the 2nd unordered merchandise Zila or RX Pharma sent, ready to be returned but I don't want to return it and have them say they never received it or send it to a wrong address and have Zila claim that the address was incorrect and the return does not "count" or something of the sort. I can return it (at my expense) to a valid, on record, specified address by the merchant with delivery confirmation.
The merchant claims that I would have needed to cancel the order as in their claim they say that I knowingly purchased a re-occurring order. If this were so, there was no way to reach the merchant. The first order confirmation for the legitimate shipping charges of $4.95 and $6.95 on 12/7/2017 show no phone number to reach the merchant. The only number available online did not work. This is obviously a loophole the merchant is looing to exploit.
The merchant sent screenshots to Bank of America, which I received in the mail on 3/19/2018 of online pages I have never seen, with boxes showing that customers are informed if the higher prices!!!!

Desired Outcome

I am looking for a righful refund of $289.70. The merchant has never made me aware of any cancellation policy nor did they make such policy locatable in the checkout screens they provided at the time (which differ from the ones they provided to you). In fact this was supposed to be a one time offer purchase, not what it turned out to be: a re-occurring fraudulent sales tactic from a less than reputable merchant. In addition their provided checkout pages were not the ones I used when I saw the Amazon offer while I was browsing for presents for my wife for 2017 Holiday season.

false advertising
I paid 11.90 for skin products from Zila Skin 1/10/18. 1/25/18 I was charged $69.95 and $79.95 for the same creams I never ordered. They claimed I was responsible to return items in 14 days in order to get off of the automatic payment. THERE WAS NOTHING ON THE WEBSITE SHOWING SUCH A SO-CALLED TRIAL SAMPLE. YOU CAN SEE RIGHT AWAY FROM THIS INFORMATION THAT IT IS A SCAM FROM THE START. THEY HAVE SHARK TANK PHOTOS AND USE OF TV STARS ON THEIR EMAIL. I THINK THERE'S MORE THAN CUSTOMER ABUSE HAPPENING HERE.
I'M JUST ASKING FOR THE RETURN OF THE MONEY OF $149.90 . PLEASE HELP, THANK YOU

Desired Outcome

$149.90 TO BE REFUNDED

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Zila falsely claims that there was a 14 day trial, then If I don't want the product, to return it within 14 days? That doesn't even make sense! They should be charged for using Shark Tank , Ellen D on their email in order to get sales. There was absolutely NO EXPLAINATION ON A 14 DAY TRIAL, AND THAT THE 11.90 WAS THE COST TO MAIL.?? I was charged $149.90 ! I received a box of the creams from, Zila. I dont want it! I will happily send it back. The false advertising is what I am complaining about.I want the $149.90 returned that they took out of my account on 1/25/18. and I will return the box of creams, unopened. Thank you

As previously documented the customer had been refunded all purchasing fees. Full refunds have been issued.

you are thieves. you advertise a free trial then charge over one hundred dollars. I am 71 years old and you have caused my checking account to be overdrawn. this will cause me to be unable to buy my medicine.

Zila Skin Response • Mar 29, 2018

Hello,

Your account was closed 3/20 and charges voided. You would not have received any overdraft fees as your payment was voided thus not processing out of your account. You had initially made a purchase for a monthly subscription that had not been cancelled.

False advertising regarding "free product trial"
This company advertises on Facebook that you can get a free trial for the cost of shipping, but they're actually enrolling you in an auto delivery program. When you call the toll free number you can never reach anybody, so good luck trying to cancel. The line is answered by an automated machine that states no company name and gives you no options to select to speak with someone. It took me two months to finally get a call answered and during this time they have now debited my bank account for $300. They agreed to credit back $110, stating I didn't cancel in time....I can't cancel anything if nobody answers my calls! First of all, I had no idea that I was being enrolled in an auto ship program and when I saw the first set of charges, I immediately called the number listed by the charge on my bank statement but could not get anyone to actually answer the line. Then they charged my card another $150. I have had to take time off work so that I could spend an afternoon trying to get my call answered. This company is completely unethical in their advertising and business practices.

Desired Outcome

Other than the modest amount I agreed to pay for shipping and handling of the "free product trial", I want the remainder of the $300 credited back to my bank account.

Zila Skin Response • Mar 19, 2018

Hello,

The customer had purchased a 14 day trial where they initially pay shipping and handling. If the products are kept past the 14 day trial period they incur the purchase fee for the product. However if the customer returns the products postmarked no later than the 14th day no additional charges incur. All of the terms are provided several times on the website where the order was placed an a box does have to be check by the customer stating that the customer has read and fully agrees to the terms of the trial. However the subscription has been refunded a total of 2 charges in the amount of $79.9o and 2 charges in the amount of $69.95

I signed up for a free trial on January 22nd. When I checked my bank account, I was charged full price on February 5th for the items.

My bank account has the name zilaskin 8447367763 az USA

I haven received no emails or communication from this company. My phone calls and emails have not been returned

Desired Outcome

I want my monthly subscription cancelled and to be refunded for the month supply that I didn't sign up for or receive any notification about

I clicked on a popup add and accepted an offer to buy face & eye cream and only pay shipping costs. Later I noticed 2 unauthorized debits by ZILASKIN
I clicked on a popup add and accepted an offer to buy face & eye cream and only pay shipping costs. On 1/10/18 received 2 emails confirming my orders. Nowhere in the emails was a website or email address listed to contact anyone. On 1/12/18 I received another email which stated my order was out for delivery. This email had a street address and phone number listed. On 1/18/18 I received a box containing the products, but no paperwork in the box. On 1/31/18 I noticed 2 unauthorized charges on my card from ZILASKIN $41.97 & $47.94. I called ZILASKIN 844-736-7763 and spoke to Dan. Dan stated that all the terms and conditions were stated on the website. But the popup I clicked on never directed me to a website, nor did any emails I received have a website, even the products arrived without paperwork. Dan wanted me to accept a one time courtesy refund of $40.00, which I refused. At no time was the amount of the product advertised and at no time was I aware that I would be signing up for monthly renewals of the face and eye cream products.

Desired Outcome

I would like a refund of the 2 unauthorized charges of $41.97 and $47.94

Wife bought product advertised on website, did not receive and now being billed for receiving products.
Wife bought product off link on website on 12/26/17. Was charged $ 4.97 but did not agree to purchase future product. never received product, then on 2/6/18 was billed $ 79.90 for future products. Called company and was told they would reverse charge only if product was sent back. Told them we never received it and they said too bad you have to pay for product. Internet says company is a Scam.

Desired Outcome

Alerting you of a internet scam company

On January 7, 2018 I paced responded to a Trial Offer for Ziaderm. The ad stated th30 day supply of Zila (you just pay shipping and handling). If you decide Zila is not for you send the trial bottle back within 14. To avoid full purchase fee and enrollment int auto-shipment program, which sends you a fresh supply of Zila every 30 days. starting after your introductory period starts. If you decide to cancel your trial the 14 day period is over, you will only be responsible the cost of mail back the bottle. on 1/9/18 ORDER# SXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX in the amount $6.95 and SXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX in the amount $4.95 was debited to my card. On 1/19/18 I received one package containing both orders. On 1/21/18 just 2 days after I received the product My card was debited $69.95 and $79.90.
