This company was caught on video and audio recording searching drawers in our house and sitting on our brand new granite countertops. They continuously where disrespectful and swearing and talking about the homeowners.
The two supervisors were discussing the situation in the kitchen. I had given them the option of pulling off of the job after been called three times in a 10 minute period. No-one was advised that they were being recorded prior to our start. The Supervisor that opened drawers has a fidgety habit of that when upset. He also sat on the counter out of habit from his home as they were both upset by the unusual way the job had started with the phone complaints. These men take pride in their work and couldn't believe what was going on. These two supervisors are well known and respected throughout the industry. After one last call I pulled them off of the job.
I am rejecting this response because the company is lying and justifying what they did wrong. We can't help that they are scam artists and cannot stay out of people's personal belongings went on a job site. We made several calls to the company because of unprofessionalism on the job site. After this company was sitting on my counter tops and going through my cupboards and then cussing and being unprofessional when they know they have been on camera, I called again and canceled the work.
