I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] I [redacted] Do Not Agree with this response ( Lie ) from this Doctor's Office, I went there 8/15/and told the the Doctor that I wanted to be seen time for TSH testing for my thyroid, so I can get my prescription filled ( I was completely out of my medication Armour Thyroid) he replied ok..After the blood was drawn, and everything was completed, as I was leaving out the room ,I asked him, why was it so hard for people with thyroid problems to loose weight? he said something about the diet, then he printed out some papers about weight loss....for the office manager to say he decided to run other test when I mentioned weight loss , during the visit is not true.I paid this doctor $for the visit [redacted] Bills below: CBC With Differential/Platelet $31.00CompMetabolic Panel (14) $46.00Lipid Panel $98.00Thyroid Cascade Profile $94.00Thyroxine ( T)Free, Direct, S $101.00A total of $Doctor Office VisitI went in this Doctor Office , Family Care Center Inc [redacted] * [redacted] and specifically asked for blood work for my thyroid only, and this Doctor requested all these other test panel above with out my consent or knowledge, and did not discuss or ask me anything about what he was doing.I do not think it is Right for me to pay for all these extra charges that he made or ordered, with out him asking me.Thank You,Mrs [redacted]
