This is a traditional family-owned business, and it's excellent. When they give you an estimate, they tell you the truth. In fact, they once did some work for me and told me it was no charge. I had to insist that they take at least $20 from me. They did, reluctantly. Their work is as excellent as their integrity. I wholeheartedly recommend Zimmerman's Auto Service to anyone who doesn't require a sterile, sanitized garage, but a hard-working, professional and honest one!
Review: They did not call me to inform me of any estimate for the work to be done and I feel that they over charged me and took advantage of the situation.Desired Settlement: Return of at least $75.00 for this which is reasonable for the amount they charged me.
