As you know, Zinga was not the only GC that worked on you home. Unfortunately, all of the items that are on your punch list were performed by the other GC's subcontractors other than the stain on the front door which Zinga is working...

The contract between Zinga and the Seller clearly states that Zinga is not responsible for work performed by trades that were not hired by Zinga.

The front door stain has been on a documented punch list to Zinga for more than a year (first documented 11/10/14) and no action has been taken by Zinga to remedy this poor workmanship.
In regards to the other items claimed to be outside the scope of warranty: Zinga Construction verbally committed to fixing these items during a walkthrough/visual inspection, documented on 10/2/15.

It is my understanding from speaking with [redacted] that all items except for the stain on the front door have been resolved. Please confirm that the work was done. The door will have to be addressed in the spring as we will need warmer temperatures to do the work.
