I've made the mistake of taking Payday loans I wish I had NEVER heard of them I don't have good credit, so a traditional loan is out for me I saw information for Zingo on a billboard along I called them VERY glad I did Their customer service people are excellent They're up front, considerate, and help Yes, they're expensive But not nearly as much as rip-off payday loans The bi-weekly deduction from my account is quite reasonable considering the loan I'm glad to have found them - though I would encourage anyone to try to get money through more conventional means if one can

First they said send us your paycheck stub and bank statementI do and right away credit check done and personal information taken by who knows who and next thing you knowThey lie and send a letter saying I never sent any documentation to themWell I have the proof what I sent and when to [redacted] .com So why request information from people say online you approve people with bad credit and then once you get their personal information you decline them? Now Someone at Zingocash (Phil or Darren) or who knows has my information and I have to make a claim to SSN my number is public

I took out a loan in with ZingoIn October, I sent a letter from my *** revoking Zingo access with my *** accountI was trying to consolidate my bills at the timeZingo still took out moneyI filed a complaint with my *** and they stopped all payments from my *** account wuth ZingoIn December, I tried to work directly with Zingo instead of my *** Via email, I again refused automatic payments abd was sent a link to pay onlineThen on December 18, Zingo again took money out of my *** accountThis time with a different payment amount and through my debit card which is how it went throughI have all emails from Zingo denying authorization to automatic payments and agreeing only to online paymentsIt also was agreed to the 30th of each month starting in DecemberI now have to go to my *** again and cancel my *** cardMy *** account is negative Ive spoken to Zingo who refused to refund the moneyThey are very decieving and even after being denied aces

This business I have used in the past and they were helpfulNow I am being harassed by an associate Bill and Manager PhilBecause of their rude and blunt responses, I have decided to stop paying on this loanThey did not listen to my circumstances concerning being laid off from my jobThe Manager PHIL went as far to email me and say he is going to meet at my church and wrote the name outI am currently working with an attorney concerning the harassment

In the beginning, the services was spot on, until I was declined an additional loan The suppose to be manager Phil whom I spoke with had such a nasty attitude and spoke with such disrespect as if I borrowed money personally from him and NEVER had any intention of paying him back He did not allow me to justify the circumstances of the loan, and the manner in which he spoke to me was racist and very unprofessional to say the least To all that will listen...do not patronize a business that knows nothing of customer service
