Review: I went to Zinman furs to store my fur coats and when in the process I told the male sales person who seemed to be a older gentlemen of [redacted] decent wearing glasses what type of furs that I had he treated me with total disregard And tried to change the description Of my coats on the papper work he was using for the documentation of my cold storage And cleaning witch seems to me like and attempted to steal my coats and replace them with something Of lower value and when I told him that I have proper documentation proving that my coats are in fact the furs that I said they were he still disregarded me with a whimsical attitude And at that point I no longer felt that my property was safe and then continuing his laxidasical attitude he told me that I could speak to a manager and when she came out of the Back room a [redacted] woman Who possibly seem to be in her 50's or older continued to show me the same disregard, at that point I took my items and left the establishment.Desired Settlement: Complimentary service

And a [redacted] When we write up a customer storage invoice

We only write up what the fur actually is.

Customer does not have a [redacted] jacket.

The fur in questions [redacted] origin most likely [redacted]

The second item the customer believes to be [redacted] is dyed [redacted]

We cannot write these items up as something they are not.

I suggested he go to another furrier for their 2nd opinion.

Having an appraisal stating a fur is “[redacted] does not

Make it so. We were not discarding what the customer had to

Say, having been in the fur business for over forty years

We can identify what type of fur any garment is made of.

For the customers and our protection we only write up exactly what

Type of fur we are putting into storage we have the customer sign

The receipt for their protection.
