Our service requires clear line of sight to our towers and the antenna is mounted as high as can be installed safely. Given the limitations of line of sight, we cannot improve the service further unless you install a tall tower or pole, to guarantee better line of sight, as some other clients of ours have done. You can cancel service with 30 day written notice anytime with no termination fees provided we get our equipment back. We treat each customer issue on an individual basis and resolve them to their satisfaction and we have never had a Revdex.com complaint in over 10 years. We work hard to provide coverage in rural areas using fixed wireless technology. Most people that use cell phones in rural areas know that there are zones with poor coverage even from the largest cell phone providers. I am sorry that your specific location is not easy to cover due to its geography."
