The following is an email exchange I had with [redacted] February 3rd of this monthThe following is our company response to the Revdex.com case # [redacted] "Since the date of complaint we have (a) replaced the hardware on the antenna at your house and (b) refunded charges for January for your connection Our service requires clear line of sight to our towers and the antenna is mounted as high as can be installed safelyGiven the limitations of line of sight, we cannot improve the service further unless you install a tall tower or pole, to guarantee better line of sight, as some other clients of ours have doneYou can cancel service with day written notice anytime with no termination fees provided we get our equipment backWe treat each customer issue on an individual basis and resolve them to their satisfaction and we have never had a Revdex.com complaint in over yearsWe work hard to provide coverage in rural areas using fixed wireless technologyMost people that use cell phones in rural areas know that there are zones with poor coverage even from the largest cell phone providersI am sorry that your specific location is not easy to cover due to its geography."
