I had negative issues with Zinstall win-winWhen I asked for a refund because their software failed to work as advertised, I received a legal appearing email from Dustin Lumbar threatening to sue me for internet fraudThe email contained my home address, work address, email addresses I will not knowingly ever do business with Zinstall again, and would strongly caution anyone who wants to purchase their software to reconsider their decision

Quite happy with the Zinstall software. It provided a smooth experience and transfer. I was able to use my programmes on the new notebook right after the transfer was done, exactly as promised.
