The email from the company...

came to me the day after I filed this complaint. I appreciate this and hope that this doesn't happen again.

We apologize for the delivery delay. We will process a refund today.

We are so sorry for your experience with our company. A full refund will be issued today. We experienced a huge technical issue with our new warehouse and I am afraid this is what lead to your order delay.Again we apologize and will make sure the refund is processed today.
