I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I have read Mr Zinzola response and everything he has said is not true, his service man did not tell me that it had to be dug up and as to notifying Mr Zinzola about the problem I had tried to call him to come back and clear my sewer because it was still plugged. I left three messages on his answering machine and got no call back. Three day later I had call him again and finally I had talked to mr Zinzola and he had said he would not refund my money and he does not work on weekends so he was not available on weekends. So I just don;t want this to happen to anyone else, I did not get the service I paid for. He took my money and my sewer was still plugged. Please let people know that Zinzola plumbing takes your money and does not guantee the work. Regards, [redacted]
Augered sewer from vent to street- pulled out cable, water ran out and parts were pulled back. Used bigger cutter, could only go out about 30 ft. which takes us between sidewalk and curb and could go no further, stopped dead. Customer was and saw the whole problem. He was the one who stated the...
sewer was collapsed because several neighbors had the same problem. Also pointed out the sidewalk lifted from roots from the tree in front. Packed up and cust was charged min rate. As far as him calling for several days and not reaching me, I find that hard to believe. I'm at the shop from 7 am to 6 pm and have calls to my cell phone after 6 pm, my voicemail goes on @ 10 pm to 6 am. As far as the other plumber, I will need a copy of his invoice before I make any decision about any kind of refund. Thanks Tom Zinzola
