Review: A phone number of [redacted] called my cell phone and I answered it. The person said is this [redacted] I said yes she said is [redacted] available. I said he was not I asked who was calling and she said [redacted] from [redacted] and she had a question regarding work.I asked for a call back phone number so when I heard from [redacted] I would have him call her. She asked for his phone number where he could be reached I said I would not release that information since I did not know who she was. She said she would call back later. I then called my husband and told him the phone number and name of the person that called and he said she had already called him and it was Zion Bank trying to collect on an auto loan we had back in 05-06. I then called the phone number back and it is a [redacted] Cell Phone number with a voice mail that says just the phone number.Desired Settlement: This person should be fired and fined. I also spoke with [redacted] advised them as to what the person said that she was an employee of [redacted]

Zions Bank records show that you surrendered the vehicle in reference to the Bank at your own will in December of 2006, The deficiency balance charged off for the amount of $7,773,30 in January of 2007.

In reaching out to InfoQuest Communication Corporation, the Bank was notified by InfoQuest that it did not call in an attempt to collect a debt, but instead to update employment information. InfoQuest has informed the Bank that it will be taking extra measures to ensure that it follows its very strict guidelines when making calls to collect updated employment information.
