I am rejecting this response because: I am sincerely taken aback by the deceitfulness of the property manager and owner in their response.  As I had already stated I had talked to management after going into our room with the issues and they offered to clean the tub and I said there was no point as I already took a shower.  I did want them to come and fix the hole in the wall with the toilet paper roll, the torn pillows, things that I knew weren't even able to be "fixed" within a few minutes but were inherent problems with the quality and management of the facility which is why I wanted a refund, no one came. I have included pictures of torn items, holes in walls, hair and dirt in the tub, moldmin the shower and there's more but no more pictures can be uploaded- unpainted walls, dirty dishware, etc.  I think that speaks for itslef regarding the deceit of booking a room for the expense they wanted and the quality that was advertised (luxury cabins).  I was yelled at by management on the phone and I'm happy to release my consent to pull up my phone conversation from Verizon.  In regards to managements insistence that I am the 1% (which still doesn't make it right) is again a lie-- please refer to 83 reviews of average on Tripadvisor saying how the rooms were dirty, how management lied and was deceitful; the 48 reviews rated as poor stating the cabins are very dirty, broken furniture; or the 31 reviews rated terrible, also claiming bodily stains, dirty towels and floors, lack of heat and a/c, and much more.  Clearly I'm not the first person that was duped by their website claims and pictures, berated by management unwillinng to take responsibility or give refunds... and if Revdex.com takes no action clearly I won't be the last.

Our reputation at Zion Mountain Ranch is extremely high and positive. The complaints from this lady are completely opposite from 99.9% of the guests who stay with us. From the moment this lady came to the front desk to complain we were offering to fix the issues and give her a discount. Our...

housekeeping supervisor was standing at the front desk when she came in and had recently inspected the room prior the the guest checking in. All of our cabins are inspected by a supervisor after they are cleaned to make sure that everything is in order for the guests. This housekeeping supervisor was amazed listening to this lady because she knew that this room was clean. She was going to speak up to this lady and tell her she was wrong, but Diane stopped her and offered to the lady to send housekeeping back to the room to take care of any issues. Diane also offered a 20% discount to the lady. The discount was given, but she didn't want housekeeping to come to her room. With every complaint she had we offered to have housekeeping and maintenance come and fix them and she refused. We were 100% booked that night and could not offer her another cabin, but we did give her a discount and offered to take care of all her complaints. Part of our conversation with every guest who checks in is that the TV's in the cabins are for watching DVD's because there are no channels. This is repeated 40 times every afternoon as guests check in. We cannot guarantee that every guest is listening, but we can guarantee that every guest in informed. Diane has been in managing positions for many years. She is very professional and is not of the personality to ever yell at a client or guest. This is an untrue statement by this lady. Diane may have been resolute in her conversation with this lady, but she did not yell at her. This lady wanted a free room and Diane did not feel that it was warranted. If it were, it would have been given. The bodily fluids she claims were on the pillows were small white flecks caused by the bleach in our sanitary laundry system. We welcome the Revdex.com to visit this amazing property. It is a beautiful, relaxing and amazing experience.
