MY current property manager named *** has not followed the terms of our lease agreement. The stove stopped working in my apartment and *** ignored my request initially. He than went into my apartment without my permission or any notice at all, He took a filthy stove from an empty apartment and put it into my apartment. This stove has caked on grease on it, in it as well as old food and mouse droppings in the bottom of it. Mr *** refused to answer my calls or text and when he did respond he told me he wasn't helping me because he didn't like how I spoke to him and he thought I was rude. I have not had a functioning stove for almost two weeks at this point and he has refused to do anything, even telling me that due to how I handled the situation calling him several times without any assistance that he was terminating my lease with no legal reasoning only his emotional response to my many attempts to get him to do his job by law as property manager. He has not given me anything in writing and I have gotten a lawyer involved due to his actions as a property manager. He has also refused to give me the contact information of the owners of the property stating, he is the only one I need to deal with. *** has no work ethics at all. He expects tenants to *** up to him in order for him to do his job and if you don't he will completely ignore you and leave you in a compromising situation. He lacks morals, social skills, customer service skills and the basic common sense it takes to do his job. Do not ever get involved with *** and Zion Properties its will be a waste of you time and money dealing with this slumlord named ***.
