I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.Today, I went to pack my tablet to send back and when I picked up the box to tape it closed, the tablet came onI didn't even touch it. Thank you for providing us information regarding a customer's complaint. Unfortunately, our manufacturer's warranty states we do not cover cracked screens or physical damage so we provided customer with the repair cost then customer...

contacted Revdex.com. Please note there is no time limit on physical damage. We have had customer break their tablet less than 5 days and take responsibility and gets the tablet repaired. We are very sorry the customer did not read the warranty so in conclusion, our manufacturer's warranty does not cover cracked screens no matter the time.

I provided response within 5 days 5 days for a screen to break has to be a faulty screen therefore should be fixed and as a company that wants to stay in buisness you should do what you can to make your customers happy I can see a month old year old a year old but not even a week come on here

We have had other customers had their screens cracked less than a week and paid for repairs. The time period is not an issue. The point is that we do not cover cracked screens and we even waived labor fee. This customer does seem like she would like to meet in the middle ground unless everything is free and unfortunately, we can not offer that now. Do you think the Apple company which is an extremely larger company will waive all fees for a cracked phone or tablet? They would not even waive labor and we know because we had employees who had this same issue and they would not even come to a middle ground. We are very for the instances and we wish you the best of luck. Please note: Our offer to waive labor will expire in 2 weeks from today's date. Thank you Revdex.com for your patience in this matter.

Actually Apple was very understanding when I had problems with my battery and did waive all cost since it was less then a week battery would not charge I refuse to pay a penny and will tell everyone I know not to buy your product if something breaks that soon it is a problem with product I was told by a computer tech that it was a screen issue and that from looks of it the screen was bad when bought I hope nothing but the worse for your company
