Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved Regards, [redacted]

I left Zip Media. I also was not paid for my services.  Mr. [redacted] paid for a website and his Google buisness listings would be free, not the other way around.  He was called regading his business listings online.  Through the sales call they noticed his website was pretty old and...

out of date. They offered him a new reponsive design website for the $1200 and included his business listings.  The official document that he signed stated that he was purchasing a website and as far as his business listings, the documents and fulfillment also make the client aware that there is no guarantee placement.

Mr. [redacted] and  Google has worked hand in hand to get the clients business listings optimized for maps in his area.  I know this because I was still there at this time.  It's not like anyone at Zip Media at the time was getting over on anyone.  We've completed what we said we were going to do.  If he doesn't have his passwords to his website I will see what I can do to get them to him since I was the one that created the site.  I did however move his website to my personal hosting account not Zip Media's when I left.  I wanted to secure any site that I worked on and protect the buyers vs them losing the websites.

Somehow these emalls still get to my mobile phone which is why I am able to respond.

Spoke with Client on Monday, March 24th 2014, before I received this notification.  The client initially paid to start an adwords campaign.  He wanted to drive more traffic to his website not his ebay store.  I then learned that what he needed was an seo and an actual website.  I...

could not install any conversion tracking to the type of template he had from GoDaddy.  It was a store but not a website.

If he was to have a website then applied his store to his website, I then could install conversion tracking so when you spend money advertising he would be able to track all conversions. Without it, he would have been wasting money.  We started a local SEO Process, he had no business citations, nothing online to help him.  the last time I spoke with him, he had something in the works and would contact me.

He has tried a few times to contact me and I was able to return his call yesterday.  I learned that now, he has removed and done away with his 'itaintfair.net' store that I had put work in on and was focusing only on eBay. He felt he would side with his pastor with this business move.

He wants a simple webpage/site that will describe his business and possibly drive traffic to his eBay store.   I told him I will look and see what I can come up with for him and I will return his call.

I will have to verify that amount listed.  I don't think he was charged close to that amount but I don't handle to billing.  I will check .

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. After reading the answer that was sent to me by Zip Media the statement they made is not true. When they contacted me I've already had a website that was built for me only a few months before. It definitely was not outdated. They told me to get rid of that site and they would rebuild me a new one because they didn't think that  the one I had would catch anyone's attention. It really wasn't the website I was interested in anyway it was being placed on Google which they did absolutely nothing. I have several emails that prove that they didn't or couldn't get me on. What they did tell me is they could guarantee front page placement. Once they got paid its like I didn't exist. Once the website was built they had no intention to try to get me up on Google and would not respond to any of my emails or phone calls and they even blocked my number. I just tried to call them again today and guess what , its still blocked they just do not want to do business with me. They also were supposed to make some corrections on my website that they didn't make good on.Last month I got in touch with Google and placed myself on so I really don't want them to get the credit for that. What I would like from Zip Media is a full refund and they can take there website back. I do not want to do business with a company that treats there customers like I was treated.

Thank you,[redacted]@aol.com

Review: I signed up with Zip Media in early February to get on Google and they promised me that I would be on in a month, it is now August. After several phone calls and emails (at least 100) they did not respond to to me and did not do anything to get me on Google.

I paid Zip media $1250.00 up front for them to start to get me on Google in February. After months of disgust I called Google myself in early August and got myself on for free. They made me a website that was free (and that was done in a weeks time) if they were to get me on Google and keep me as a satisfied customer. Needless to say that I am not very happy with the results. Now I have been trying to call Zip this week and the phone #s are not taking any calls. I even called the web designer [redacted] and his phone is off too. I am asking for a refund from Zip Media and would appreciate a response from them ASAP.Desired Settlement: Would Like full refund

Review: I hired zip media to do a ad campaign and build a new website. I paid 1700.00 I see ad but no new website. I deleted other. I have tried to contact but have gotten little result. Told to speak to [redacted]e but he won't pick up or call back. He left email and said greetings. I have not done wrong and do not know why I am being ignored.Desired Settlement: Explain what I received. Where is the web site show and or deliver
