Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] I disagree with the builder about the content of the contract Prior to them coming back out last week to finish the work, I was able to stand in the barn and see daylight under the walls The floor of the barn was also not finished as agreed in the contract When the construction of the building was done, the builder asked me to pay the balance with a promise that they would comeback to finish the ground work The ruts in the pasture were created during the building process The day they created the ruts, Omer called me and told me about them and stated that they would fix them at the end.My advice to anyone choosing to do business with them is to get EVERYTHING in writing - every promise made and detail of agreement Also recommend not paying them until everything they promised is done because once you pay them, they have no interest in completing the work and move on to the next job so they can get paid again

Dear *** ***, The contract was complete once the final payment was received on the day the pole barn construction was completedThe ground work mentioned was not in the contract nor the contract amount agreed on by the homeowner and Hoosier BuildingsWe have made multiple attempts to
do the ground work for the homeowner but haven't been able to with the above average precipitation and warm winter temperatures causing the inadequate access pasture to be saturated and impassible with heavy trucks and equipmentThe ruts made in the access pasture were and are unavoidable with heavy trucks delivering the materials needed for the construction of the pole barn which the contract states we are not liable forThe scheduled date of April 26thwas canceled due to rain and the condition of the pasture caused by the rainWe have all problems about the pole barn mentioned by the homeowner noted and are happy to fix all issues and resolve the situationWe apologize for any communication problems, inconveniences, and frustrations this may have caused Sincerely, Hoosier Buildings
