Zipper Stop

Review: Earlier this year I ordered a "36 zipper. There was no issue with that. But I had ordered the wrong size, so I mailed it back at my expense and asked for the product's value to be used against two smaller zippers (almost exactly equal in value) and for the merchant to pay for the 2nd shipping.

He did neither. He ignored my emails and when I mailed the first zipper back, the USPS couldn't locate their store front and could only leave a slip on some random door. This confusion went on for weeks. It was as if no one worked there or they were quite confused.

After weeks & much effort - he finally mailed me one small zipper which sells for around $5.00. My original charge was for $19.90 on 2/**/13. I got ripped off. I did not get my money's worth, but he sure did.Desired Settlement: I would like for a refund check to be mailed to me for 14.90.
