Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:They still avoid the questions I related in my original complaint
In no way did I become aggressive as they like to sayAlso by using my pain and saying I told them to prescribe me medication is, but another lie
I only took what was prescribedPassing all my unobserved and observed urine tests
They cloud the issueThe issue being is I was mistreatedMy privacy was violated when I asked for a male to observe me Urinate and I was denied this option
I also told them the first timeI wanted them to trust me so I agreed to the viewing by a female, even though this goes against all my civil rights.
The sad excuse given b Dr z*** that women can change bed pans as an example of why they can also observe a male urinate, behind closed doors is utterly obserdHe also skirts the fact that I cannot just jump upAs it is in my own reports.
If a patient cannot voice displeasure with being viewed by a member of the opposite sex and is then told there is no male staff member working.even though I counted right in front of himAlso note, I did give urine tests observedPassing all
He also states I Saud I had no urinary issuesThat is FalseI am seeing a urologist, which DrC*** as well as Z*** knew completely
I am having a bladder stimulator placed in this month
So to say I never brought up such things, us again a lieWhich he doesn't address..
He has been heard yelling at staff across the room through closed doors by myself and my wife
To be honestI only saw z*** for maybe a minute or two at each sessionI either saw a PA or Dr.C***.
Z*** final report about me refutes his own colleagues assementPlus it is incomplete
Leaving out the fact that I asked for Male staff member for observation not once but twice
It was the second time Z*** became verbally abusive and when I was in shock at his attitude, he threatened meSaying I will call the troopers and have you removed He fails to put that in his report alsoWhen I asked why? I was told to GET OUT OF THE ROOM!! Go wait in the officeHe has treating me like a I have been an I am a drug addictI never told him to give me medsThat's a bold face lieI told him certain meds dud nor work and he got mad..
My wife has been witness to his yelling, which he did not know she was there
The only thing I am responsible for is voicing my displeasure with bring viewed by a female and saying " Only in front of staff" I was *** off
That he could not and would not listen or accommodate this issueI freely admit that
What Z*** doesn't admit us his anger issues, bad bed side manner, inability to listen, and the fact he himself said that "We as doctor patient do not get along'"!
I still want an apology for my civil rights being violated
As no one should be in a room with someone of the opposite sex behind a closed door!
So again, my urine tests show I was taking the appropriate medication and according to my Urologist, the reason some medication would not metabolize in my system was due to kidneys not absorbing it Something Dr.Z*** instead of having my kidneys or liver tested accused me of scratching off little bits of Morphine pill into my urineWellI was observed and the same results as the unobserved test arrived
SoI absolutely refute his opinion, he avoids the questions and accustinions, with deflectionsThat none of this could be a result of his poor treatment
And poor customer service

related drug dependencies.It is not our desire to impugn the patient. Nevertheless there must be some response to the nature of the complaints. Due to HIPAA, which legally protects patients' medical privacy rights, it is extremely difficult to defend wild accusations. We are not saying that is the case with this individual complainant as it relates to the next two paragraphs. We want to state explicitly that these are the rationales which underlie our medical protocols. We take seriously our professional medical obligation to monitor treatment plans which involve controlled substances being prescribed as a course of treatment. The facts are that there can be patient abuse of these medications up to and including selling them for profit. There are many nefarious individuals who know ways to try to manipulate the providers to write what the patient wants in the way of prescription medicine. Our clinic, as a service, treats many patients who are not being taken care of by other medical practices. Many of these patients lack proper insurance and in addition have abysmal payment records. Nevertheless we continue to work with these types of patients. By work with them, we not only mean treat them medically but work with them financially. ZMG Clinics has never ruined anyone's credit because we do not turn these over to collection agencies. We do our best to collect the monies but ultimately, according to regulatory guidelines, we must write these off. When treating patients that are suffering from intense and chronic pain It is fairly common for them to be quite emotional. We certainly feel that this Is a major aspect of the basis of the complaint. We have this patient encounter thoroughly documented in our EMR (electronic medical records) system. Due to patient privacy, again relating to HIPAA, we cannot divulge the detailed medical information. What we can tell you is that the patient displayed an extremely poor attitude, bordering on hostility, towards the Medical Assistants and Physicians. ZMG Clinics professional medical staff, using their experience and medical knowledge, deemed it necessary to handle the patient within the medical protocols using sound professional medical judgment. The fact that the patient disagrees with the medical professionals' assessments and course of treatment does not justify his assertions. No patient should expect a provider to simply issue what the patient believes they need or want. We don't acknowledge the need for any apology. Further the lack of medical understanding on behalf of the patient does not warrant his assertions.
