Dear Sir/Madam,I would like to bring few facts to your attention:(i) [redacted] who is complaining about our services is NOT even our RegisteredCustomer nor have we worked on [redacted] license issue as [redacted] listed in the Complaint(ii) Our Customer is " [redacted] ."(iii) What happened is, [redacted] called us on our Toll Free number ###-###-#### andstarted to ask about our customer [redacted] Account details and it is our Corporate policy not to share the customer information with anyone due to Security and privacy reasons.(iv) We politely requested [redacted] to get [redacted] on the phone and talk to us from theregistered mobile or landline number as once she authorises us to share her details to [redacted] then only we will be able to give those to her.(v) [redacted] advised that [redacted] has left the organisation.(vi) We informed [redacted] , in that case, please send us an email from her registered emailID and we will be able to help her.At this stage, she got angry and started to ask for Refund, we tried to calm her down and again requested her to understand that we need permission from our registered customer before we do anything by sharing the privacy policyBut, she was somehow not ready to listen to anything so we asked for [redacted] 's email ID and sent an email telling the same thing.We also emailed [redacted] asking her for authorizing [redacted] on her account, so we could help herWe also called *** and left voice mails but have not heard back from her.And now [redacted] is complaining even though she is NOT even our customer.We Would also like to share the communication that we sent through the email to *** as well as [redacted] Thanks for giving us an opportunity to explain our side of the story for which there is no fault of ours.PS: We are ready to work with *** and provide the refund too but needs proper authorization to do soThanks.Sincerely, Zippo Technologieswww.zippotechnologies.com InfoG)Zippotechnologies.com ###-###-####

Dear Sir/Madam,We would like to bring it to your attention that somehow the complaint that has been filed is not appropriate. However keeping our "customer first" policy in our priority we tried to contact the customer in multiple occasions to get this complaint sorted by providing a relevant
refund/credit.We have been trying to get in touch with our customer *** *** by calling on his registered phone number since yesterday and couldn't get any response as of nowWe even have emailed him to contact us so we can get the issue sorted as soon we can.PS: Before we refund the relevant amount we need an authorization from ** *** so waiting for his response.
