Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:
He is not being truthful he stood and stuck his face in the screen door and continued to holler at me, he also threatened the sheriff and tried to intimidate me and the sheriffIt wasn't till the sheriff stated his personal information that he decided to stop calling and coming by, I had to file harassment reportI still have never received any contact from who this man is supposedly representing nor is there any information supporting that , I also visited the website and links he sent me that were also not helpful at allWhat kind of business man tells the sheriff that his job is to pull my family out of the house and leave them on the streetHe is a fraud and scam artist and possibly helps set up home invasionsThe phone number all over his car never advertised zippy home buyer who he representsSo I would like response from a superior or partner

I knocked on the complainant's door and asked for the owner of the house. The person who answered the door said her mother owns the house and that she'd be home in an hour. She then asked why I was asking for the owner. I told her my company buys houses in their area and wanted to know if her mother...

would like to sell hers. The daughter then asked why their house specifically to which I answered that her mother's is on the route I get from my home office and that I never know a family's situation when I knock, sometimes they even send me to vacant houses. She shut the door without saying a word and went inside. I left.   I received a call 5 mins later from the complainant who was audibly in a very upset state asking for my manager's contact info. I asked her what seemed to be the problem and she refused to inform me. I advised I can't provide that info without first trying to resolve the issue myself. She replied that I'm the VP and I should know. I explained that I don't really have managers, only partners and that I'd be the first level to resolve her issue. She refused again to tell me what the issue was and demanded to speak to my manager. This request went around in circles 3-4 times before she hung up on me.   About a week later I knocked again hoping the homeowner would answer. The complainant answered, pointed to the no solicitation sign I hadn't noticed before shut the door without saying a word. So I left and crossed the address off my route. About 10 mins later I received a call from the complainant highly upset and aggressive, demanding to know why the phone number on my car doesn't match the number on my card and that since I'm a VP I should know everything about why her mother's house was on my route.   I reminded her that many businesses have multiple phone numbers and it's very common for businesses. I also explained that in the real estate and finance industries it's very common for a company to have multiple VPs as it's more of an honorary title and sent her this text, "Vice President is a nice title but look how many Vice Presidents work in this real estate office alone: [redacted]."   After informing her of those general business facts, she replied that she called the Sheriff. We buy houses mostly between Austin and San Antonio.           Thank you, [redacted]

[redacted] explained to complainant that many companies have several phone numbers so that's why there was a business phone number on his car and a different cell number on his card.
