I have been a customer off and on for several yearsive seen the staff get changed COMPLETELY like 3times [redacted] is the head of the office currently and has been for I believe yrs nowshes a very level headed personable and professional manager thats actually got a heart and is NICE!not to say she doesnt react like a hungry pitbull when u attempt to steal from her business or disrespect her by not keeping your end of the agreement in terms of timely payments and contract expiration turn in or renewalpay when its due or turn the car back in by due date and time PAY AND DONT BE LATEreplace the fuel to amount u started with just like any place requires..dents dings and damage = $$ out your pocket OBVIOUSLY..they impose the same rules as all rental agenciesbut these employees (especially [redacted] and former employees nadine and billy) were always so friendly and personable that they became what I would consider a friendthey bent over backwards on many an occasion even stayed open a little later for me cuz my plane arrived late so I could get the car and not wait til monday.they didnt have to by any meansbut my constant respectfulness and obeyance of their few rules and repeated renting EARNED me privileges and trustI refuse to go anywhere elsethey know me by first name and instantly recognize me when I arriveI enjoy seeing them and catching up on wats been going on in our lives and the businessI rarely write reviewsu have to have really earned it for me to take a moment to type one up and I wasnt asked to eitherthey deserve to be commended and acknowledged for great customer service and going the extra miledefinately hope to see them continue to grow and expand!! didnt proof read so hope I didnt ramble too terribly :-)

One of there employees Wrecked my car last month on the 22nd. It was clearly the employees fault. Zippy is doing everything they can to not get me a rental or repair my car. I have had to hire an attorney And may have to buy a car myself so I can get to work!!! Mean while zippys lame employee can go home in her car she wrecked a INSURED RENTAL and they won't pay my claim! I wouldn't go here for any type of biz LOW MORAL CHARACTER!Wil get you one way or the other go to a reputable rental agency
I rented a car from this company on 3/31/14 and paid a $100 security deposit in cash. After I left the car rental I noticed a sticker the size of the entire window on the back window. I could not see a thing out of the back window and extremely dangerous so I had to pull over and remove the sticker and I then put it in the trunk. It was a peel off sticker. I had to return the car after hours and left it on their lot. The next day when I called to let them know I would be by later to pick up my deposit I was told that I will not be getting my $100 deposit back because I removed the sticker. I told the girl that I had to remove the sticker because it was too dangerous to drive with it on. She said "sorry" no deposit. She told me she had had other complaints as well and they didn't get their deposit back either. I then emailed the "corporate" office and let them know what was going on. I emailed because I wanted proof of our discussion. I told her the stickers make driving the cars extremely dangerous and that I wasn't going to risk my life so they could have free advertising. She told me the same thing., too bad.She also told me that they were going to be replacing the stickers on the cars soon, which is saying they know they have a problem. I also sent you a copy of my contract and no where on the contract does it say I cannot remove a sticker. I asked her to show me where it says anything about me removing a sticker or send me a copy of anything I signed saying I will lose my deposit if I remove the sticker and if she does then I will drop this complaint and she would not do so. I emailed her three times asking for the paper she says I signed regarding removing the sticker and she would not do it. Something needs to be done about this because it is endandering the lives of many people. She also told me every car has a sticker on the back window and I told her that not one of the cars in the lot had one on it when I returned my car. She then said the vans and SUV's couldn't have them. Strange because they have much bigger windows than my very small car that I rented. I tried 4 or 5 times with these people to no avail.
