We used Zippy out of Denver to store our things while our place was being remodeledAt delivery one box showed up wet and had moldWe had damage to the contents inside the boxThe person I spoke with, Scott, explained that we had elected to not get insurance when we originally signed the contract, so there was nothing they could/would doI understand their position on this and said soIt's our fault for not buying the insuranceHowever, I was attempting to say they need to figure out why the box was wet so other customers wouldn't have the same thing happen to them He would not let me talk and ended up hanging up on me because he didn't like me raising my voiceI wouldn't have had to raise my voice if he would have let me explain why I felt they need to find out why our box was wetI just want people to know they need to look into the insurance when they store their property with them or any other companyI do think Scott was rude and unprofessional

I was in a situation where I needed a moving POD right away After trying to call some of the known places and having no luck, I came across Zippy Shell These guys were incredible I got a zippy shell out to my house within the hour of calling! I was able to load everything up that day [redacted] the delivery guy was supper nice and was able to strategically maneuver the Zippy Shell exactly where I needed it The thing I love about this was now everything is stored inside and all I have to do is call them and they will bring it to my new house They were also A LOT cheaper then the other quotes I got I would definitely use these guys again Thanks [redacted] and ***!!

Working with Zippy Shell was a great experience! They were less expensive than other pod-type storage/moving solutions I looked into, were flexible with scheduling, and helpful with other detailsI could always get in touch with someone if I had a questionThe re-positionable ramp made it easier to load several thingsThe inner cage within the trailer made it easy to zip-tie a few items for extra stabilityI'll definitely do business with them again and would highly recommend them!
