Canceled membership 1/7/and have been charged through August $ After being a member of Zippy's since its opening I had to cancel my membership due to my having to move minutes away from the Woodstock locationI went in and canceled my membership in January of As of August of $has been being deducted out of my credit card to pay for services that I canceled months priorUpon meeting with the manager on September 2, I was reimbursed the amount that I had been charged for the month of September but was told that I would be getting the rest of the reimbursement $from the corporate officeAfter waiting several weeks with no credit to my credit card that had been being automatically deducted from I called to find out where we stand on this issueI was told by the manager (***) that corporate said they would not reimburse me and that I should have caught this earlierI am not sure that this is the ethical response that is in order at th
Horrible management, Mike the GM is a total jerkMy car got stuck in the middle of the wash, everything stoppedThen it didn't wash the soap off, didn't do the tire shine, and the dryers didn't turn onSo I pulled around again because the soap was drying on my car and asked for my money backI had to wait in line againMy minute wash turned into Then I went in to speak with Mike (not sure how he could ever be a GM) and he was so rudeSaid his computers malfunctioned and didn't even apologize and refused to give me a refundHorrible car wash, I still had soap on the car after the 2nd washNeeds new management for sureI work at a hotel and used to send our guests there to get washes, I won't be doing that anymoreThis place sucks, point blank period
The manager is rude and lazy and appears to have problems with black people I do not know how he became a manager but he should be fired
Every other employee there is great except the managerUntil he is fired I would avoid
