Zips Car Wash

I went thru wash bay and about half way my left front bumper was pulled loose. I went in and told supervisor and showed damage.she ask me to fill out claim form and bring back two estimates and she told me she would submit them.she showed me what happen on the video camera .she stated that they been working on that part of bay and she would explain to corporate what happen . this happen on 09/13/2019 .I was told to check back weekly and it is 11/6/2019 she said they denied my claim. my estimates were 2400.00 and 2300.00 to repair.
