Re; ID 10853141Dear [redacted]:My Name is Rosa R[redacted] Store Manager of Zips Drycleaner on Dumfries,I've been trying to contact [redacted] several times to settle this matter, I personally spoke to him Saturday October 24,2015 to apologize for the incident. I asked him to bring the...

pants back to me so we can follow the process to pay for them, he informed me that either him or his wife would bring the pants that same day or the next business day, but he did not show up or call at all. On November 3,2015  10:19am I call [redacted], again and he told me he would bring the pants whenever he could. Eventually my boss spoke with him, and he told her he would be at the store on Saturday November 21st, 2015. So I called him again and this time I left a voice mail letting him know that that date was my day off, but I would be able to meet him at the store if he told the time he was available, but he never replied back.I am looking forward to resolving this matter as soon is possible, am currently waiting for a respond back from [redacted] to finish with the process of his claim.Thank you, and please feel free to contact me at any time for any further questions.Sincerely;

customer service, and we are trying to resolve any problems customers had previously,
**. [redacted] came to us after we bought the business and mentioned he had come to pick up his clothes the middle of January and some of the garments he received were not his. He returned those garments and said he preferred we find his clothes and he would give us some time to do so, but if we could not find them he wanted to be compensated the full amount. He went on to say his clothes was very expensive and new. At the time he said the clothes was worth $ 319.92. We told **. [redacted] we needed him to complete a [redacted]'s claim form and to bring in any receipts for the garments lost especially since he said he bought them in January. We understand that **, [redacted] is frustrated, but he needs to understand we are trying to help him and we need as much information as possible to process the claim.
To date **. [redacted] has brought a typed a list with all garments listed and the amounts, also an incomplete [redacted]'s claim form since it does not have the name of the store where he bought the garments, dates of purchased etc. he asked for more claim forms because he id there was not sufficient space, and we provided him with the extra forms. He has not returned those forms. **. [redacted] brought in the jacket portion of the suits, so we could attempt to find the pants and he is requesting we pay the complete suit.
Ultimately, we need **. [redacted] to complete the [redacted]'s claim form entirely. Also, we need him to provide receipts for his garment’s. If he has misplaced his receipts, the store should be a able to provide him a copy since he bought it recently.
Sincerely,

Review: On 22 February, I dropped off 4 custom made shirts to the [redacted] location. On 15 March, I returned to pick them up immediately before leaving the country for 2 months. [redacted] couldn't find my shirts, but assured me she would locate them and call so I could send someone to pick them up. After returning stateside in late May, I learned she never called, they were never found. I called repeatedly (talking to [redacted] on 24, 25, and 27 May) who all took my number and assured me a call back when they found my shirts in 24 hours or a call to confirm they were lost. I stopped by 30 May twice in order to talk to [redacted], the manager, who assured me he would have a check sent to me within a week. That was 2 weeks ago and I haven't heard anything.

Whether the stealing of my shirts is criminal or their misplacement is incompetence, I don't care. Zips owes me compensations for my shirts.Desired Settlement: Require compensation for 4 custom made tailored shirts bought overseas. These are not shirts I can simply buy off the rack and would cost over $100/each to have comparable customer shirts made in the U.S. I am only asking $200 (4 shirts at $50) since the shirts cost me $50-60 each from tailor overseas.

Review: On and about Jan 25 2014 dropped off 37 pieces clothes to [redacted] cleaners. On Jan 27 2014 went to pick up clothes and over half was missing about exactly 17 pieces. [redacted] cleaners has lost a vast amount of name brand work clothes.Desired Settlement: Full cost replacement of clothes put into cleaners.
