I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]We have emails dating back to September 2014 at which point we had inquired time and time again as to the status of the online camera system. In addition, numerous conversations occurred as well. There was not action taken to remedy the situation until August 2015, at which point we had been paying a tuition that included this service. One year of paying for something that we did not receive is unacceptable.

Our on line cameras were in our advertising. There was a delay in getting the cameras fully functional after we upgraded them. The cameras are functioning in the center, and have been since mid August. The online viewing is portion is still having problems meshing with our computer...
system. We are still working to make this portion available for our customers. I have also experienced delays with the company that we are working with. The online viewing has been removed from our website. As far as our advertising in the local phone books, I cannot do anything with this as it is printed a year or more in advance.
