I was having a party in 2 days, my house was a complete mess and my schedule was so booked that there was no way I could possibly clean the house, prepare for a party and still take care of my other responsibilities. I was a wreck and out of total desperation and panic, I started looking for a cleaning service online. I came across Zito Cleaning and was impressed with their A+ Revdex.com rating and sent them an email about my predicament at midnight the Wednesday before my party. The owner of the company called first thing Thursday morning and left a message saying "You can relax, one of my clients is on vacation and I just happen to be available Friday and will stay until the job is done and your house is party-ready". I was SO relieved! The owner and another girl showed up first thing Friday morning and went straight to work! They were extremely thorough and did an incredible job! She cleaned my walls so well it actually looked like she painted them! I had no idea they were so dirty! Both ladies were SO friendly, SO easy to work with. They were fast but more importantly, they were immaculate! True professionals! I highly recommend Zito Cleaning and will never use any other cleaning service but them! They are the best in the business! A+++++++

I have been using this cleaning service for over a year. The girls do an amazing job cleaning my house and making it look and smell great. From the minute they walk in the front door, they get to work. They are professional, hard working and friendly. I recommend using Zito Cleaning and have referred them to my friends and family.

I have had Zito cleaning for 7 months. I am totally satisfied with Zito cleaning. The lovely women are very dependable, trustworthy, and good workers. I am fortunate to have this company in my home. When they are done it is such a good feeling to see my home clean and smelling good

I have been using Zito Cleaning Service for about a year and a half. I have been so pleased that I have recommended the service to many others. I have "gifted" Zito Cleaning services to my daughters and to another friend. I also used the service for my mother's house when it was being sold. The lovely ladies who clean my home are friendly, efficient, and absolutely honest. The owner Marigrace is a delight to work with. She is always willing to do "extras," and she is excellent about keeping our schedule. It is truly a joy to come home to a fresh and clean house.

I absolutely love Zito Cleaning. They have been cleaning my home for about a year now and every time I come home after they have been there, I come home to find my house clean and sparkling and everything looks fresher and newer. The owner, Marigrace [redacted], is wonderful about ensuring that any special requests are met and is easy to talk to and reach if any concerns arise, or you need to reschedule or make other changes. We've also used Zito Cleaning for that yearly "Spring Cleaning" deep clean and when we were moving and they are just as good at that as the regular periodic maintenance cleanings. Zito Cleaning is the best cleaning service I have ever used - they are polite, professional, competent and friendly - and as unobtrusive as possible if you are home while they are working. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Zito Cleaning Service is mediocre at best. Marigrace [redacted] is the most unprofessional classless business person I have ever met. We were Customers of this company for 18 months. Never missed paying them and in fact paid them thousands for cleaning our rental properties in addition to our home. In our home, the Zito crew broke several items and would put them back and not mention anything about what happened. On January 27, 2016, we received a text cancelling their scheduled cleaning claiming there was a medical emergency with her husband. For 6 days we tried to reach Marigrace [redacted] to find out when our cleaning would be rescheduled. We did not get one response to any of our voicemail or text messages. We thought just maybe they would pick us up on their next scheduled visit. Well February 10, 2016, came and went without Zito Cleaning showing up. Completely unprofessional and lacking in common courtesy.

Actually I should thank Marigrace [redacted]. If she had not been so unprofessional I would never had known what a clean home looked like.
