that he had signed. We pulled the call to ensure that all of our customers are properly informed when signing up for any new services. Our sales representative made it very clear that they were agreeing to a 2-year contract with an early termination of $20 per month for each remaining month if they choose to disconnect. Mr. [redacted] was also offered a 6-month promotion rate if he did not want to sign a 2-year contract. We also did not hear our customer ask our sales representative if they would be receiving and specific channels. The channel they are asking for is part of a premium package, the cost of this package is $10.53 per month and includes 24 additional channels as well. We would be happy to add this package to the customer’s account but do not feel that Mr. [redacted] was misinformed during his signup of services. We do include phone service for free on our contracts, this means that Mr. [redacted] is not paying a charge for phone service.  If he has any additional questions or concerns, he can certainly reach out to us and we would be happy to help.Sincerely,Amber N[redacted]Customer AdvocateZito Media
