Zito's Plating & Polishing Work, Inc.

Well, I just paid $1425.60 to be insulted by who I imagine to be the owner of the place....lots of nasty barbs at me---[redacted], [redacted], punctuated by "[redacted] you" at the end. He even looked so pissed off that he was going to take a swing at me. I brought in all the door knobs and backing plates from our house that is 90 years old in plastic bags that were labeled with which door each latch set came from. I asked the people at Zito's to put the latches back in the bags so I could reinstall the latches in the original doors so there would be no "fit" problems. They said that they would do what I asked. Today, when I went to pick up the the hardware all the latches were in a box without any labeling. I complained and one employee asked what I expected them to do...I said, at least apologize for not doing what I wanted and what they promised to me. Then the employee and owner offered excuses of why it could not be done as I asked and they had promised---trying to make it seem that what I asked was impossible to do. Bottom line---go to Precision unless you like paying for people to insult you. NEVER AGAIN!
