Pacific Standard TimeSubj: RE: [redacted]Hi [redacted],In looking at the cashier’s check and deposit slips, I have a couple of questions. The cashier’s check is for $6,204.90. I know $4094 was for the wood which is the basis of the theft. What was the other $2,110.90 for and was product for that received?I see the cashier’s check was placed into Wells fargo account # ending in [redacted]. How did you know what account number to deposit into and do you have the complete number? You made another deposit on 021214 yet to account ending in #[redacted] (a few deposits went into this account); yet a deposit made on 050614 went into account ending in [redacted]. Also, there is a deposit also to Columbia bank on 060214 to account ending in [redacted].     Are all of these account numbers [redacted] and how do you what account to deposit into? See what I am asking? I tried to call but no answer or message ability. Maybe calling me would be easier than typing answers. Thanks,[redacted] Sent: Thursday, October 23, 2014 2:28 PMTo: [redacted]Subject: Re: [redacted]Hi [redacted], yes there was just the one today and I attached the documents that I have at this time but will continue to find more. I have attached insurance documents—he had insurance coverage in Feb 2014 which is around the time you paid him so your claim should be covered even if he canceled his insurance policy later. We ordered the materials for said customer. The customer asked us to hold the wood for one month. She informed us that her installer would be picking up the wood. We thought that was it. * months later she called and said informed us that she had not picked up her material and at that point the...

warehouse was closed. We could have helped her had we have know in a timely manner that she had not fulfilled her end in picking up her materials.
We have filled a police reprt on the warehouse as they had a theft and the insurance companie for Avenues are involed. I believe they have also filled a bankruptcy the customer has all of this information and the police report. I regret that Avenues Flooring  went out of business but the customer did have 8 months to gather her material.
Sincerely,
Pamela Z[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I have in writing that wood flooring would be purchased and stored in a warehouse in Portland until I was ready for it. They also knew that I was installing the flooring myself, plus, of course, they never informed me as to where the material was being stored, but later told me that it was an installer of theirs that was purchasing and storing it. Donald Z[redacted] and Pam Z[redacted], after getting nowhere with his daughter who sold it to me, had no knowledge of the sale.  It appears more like since I wasn't needing it immediately, she took my money and never followed up on the order.Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
This was an old correspondence between Revdex.com and [redacted] in October that I was sent then.  Notice how they don't tell you the name of the insurance company or the phone number.  If they really had insurance, they would be filing a claim themselves and maybe they did and they were reimbursed the money that the materials guy supposedly was paid, however the other couple thousand is a profit [redacted] made, based on material sold to me that she never made good on.  Never once does the material say where it is being stored for me.  Receipt just states that is being stored in a warehouse in Portland.  Sincerely,[redacted]
