The consumer was initially refunded on6/19/2015, br credit card. Our credit cards process out the next business day which would not of been until...
6/22/2015. We tell our customers it generally takes 7 business days for refund. Customer started emailing on 6/22/15 and then stated he thought he was issued a false refund. I explained situation to consumer but he demanded refund now. On 6/26/2015 I got a bank money order and refunded then consumer his full purchase price. We did a money order to have a record of the refund to the consumer. We spoke to our credit card processor in 6/26/2015 to cancel the credit card refund.
