we have email from customer which says no one from our company not allowed on he's property, we got that email after when we sent him email where we asking to return our labors toolsit looks customer wants to play endless game, so we advising him to check county auditor office to learn what jobs needs permit

They said they charged me for keeping their tools (laughable)? I don't want their tools, I have tools of my own and have no need for their tools They can gladly have them back I'm sure it was their intention from the beginning so they could replace their old tools for much nicer and newer ones
0% of the work they performed is non-compliant I had an inspector physically come down and look at it He said: - they should have never began any work whatsoever without having the permits - the work they did perform was non-compliant with code and was left in a manner that is considered unsafe Framing, electrical, plumbing, everything!
Because of this inspection, which is also the only inspection I've ever had, I may be subject to a Field Order, which is a penalty times the amount of the permits needed If they had it inspected like they say they did, why were they allowed to do anything to begin with or make it this far in the project before terminating the contract Can they provide proof of my awareness to any of this? The answer is no
Maybe you can ask them for a signed copy of the contract, the one I have I believe has been altered and doesn't have my signature on anything, just his I can make an identical contract on *** *** that only has my signature on itRevdex.com, do you have any suggestions? I can no longer take this company or it's employees seriously, if they want to reconsider their insane and very poor judgement as to the justification of their concept of fairness and what is owed, they can give me a full refund That is $3,and they can also have their tools back I wonder how much they think the depreciated cost of their tools are anyways? original contract was signed on May with one scope of works for 4300$ which wasn't involved any structural changes
in the middle of project client changed the plan and we signed additional scope of work to contract for 1300$ which
involved structural changes, like a running new electrical circuit and plumbing
during the project we didn't dislocate any gas lines, we only shortened gas pipe on vertical run for 2" which is not counts as structural changes
we can't finish first scope of works without finishing additional scope of works attached to the contract which is needs getting the permit and inspection done
during the work we had involve certified home inspection to determine existing electrical circuits to be able to make a plan for additional scope of work and
inspection found code violation on existing circuit where was connected washer and light fixtures to one circuit and client was advised to separate washer from lights, because existing circuit was planned to use for
future bedroom in basement and client agreed to plug washer to another outlet
1000s.fmarble client got by he's own plan, we do not have any contract or signed scope of works to the contract where involves using 1000s.fmarble
after terminating contract we issued final invoice which is includes only work what we did and we are not charging whole contract cost
