I am rejecting this response because:  Again, whomever is answering this response is not telling the truth.  During a phone conversation with one of the two women that came to clean my house, she continued to speak Spanish to the other woman.  I asked if they could speak English as I did not understand what was being said.  She said the other woman did not speak English.  I said this is the United States and English is our language and maybe she should learn English.  At that point, I was told "[redacted]" and hung up on.  I posted pictures of my bathroom floor and what had been said to me, and a woman who appears to be a sister to the one who cleaned my house, said "so what if they can't speak English [redacted]!  [redacted]ing racist [redacted]!  So apparently, if [redacted] suggest someone learn the language of the country in which they are residing, [redacted] are a [redacted]ing racist [redacted].  (Please excuse the language.  I do not talk like this and am only repeated what was directed at me.)  The next morning I received a call from someone named "[redacted]"  He said he was a supervisor.  He said he had heard I was unhappy with the cleaning service.  I told him I was and why.  He offered to come back and clean my house or refund the $200.  I told him I did not want them in my home again and I would take the $200.  I was also told that "[redacted]", the man I was told was a supervisor by the one cleaning person who did speak English, would be out to look at my floor the following week.  [redacted] called on the following Monday, I believe it was, and said he would be there the next Monday.  I asked when, and he said Monday afternoon.  I asked what time and he said 6:00.  He and another [redacted] man showed up around 7:15.  In researching Facebook, it appears this [redacted] man was [redacted]'s son in law.  I also was able to determine that the woman who did not speak English, was [redacted]'s wife.  Again, upon arriving at my home I requested the $200 refund.  [redacted] said he had it.  They examined my bathroom, took pictures, asked if I had ever had a leak in my lavatory, etc.  [redacted] called someone and again, spoke Spanish.  Again, I asked him to speak English as I did not understand what was being said.  He said the man he was talking to was their tile man and he did not speak English, but when he came, he would bring someone who did speak English.  We left the bathroom and came into my living area.  I was told that on Wednesday evening, their tile man would come to my house and look at the tile and try and match it.  I told them that the shower and bathtub surround all matched and that if the floor tile could not be matched, I would expect all of the tile to be replaced.  It matched when they damaged it and I wanted it to match when they finished.  I also stated that due to the carpet being soaked with their "purple" cleaning product, that possible it was damaged also and wanted that checked out.  Again, I asked for my $200 refund.  [redacted] said he would have to go to the car and get a check.  He left the [redacted] man in my home and returned in 10-15 minutes and stated that they were going to do nothing and that I had to call their insurance company and file a claim.  I asked why I had to file a claim as it was their insurance company.  [redacted] just kept stating I had to file the claim and that the insurance would pay me back the $200 and they wouldn't.  I got the name of the insurance company and phone number from a picture on [redacted]'s phone and wanted to call to make sure it was legitimate before they left.  They refused to stay until I could do that and left saying they were done.  My husband and I walked behind them to their car and I took pictures of their car and license plate.  I had no idea who these people were nor their legitimacy or connection with Z&N Cleaning Service. When I submitted my earlier transmission, the insurance adjuster had not arrived.  He arrived at my home around 11:00 this morning.  He did an inspection, asked me questions and took pictures.  He said he would submit his report to the insurance company and they would determine if they had any liability in my damaged floor.  So, I have no assurance anyone is going to be held responsible for the damages.  And other than asking them to speak English, and suggesting they learn it since residing in the USA, I have in no way shown any racism nor spoken anything that was no untrue.  Z&N Cleaning, can not say the same.    The woman who came to clean my home said [redacted] was their supervisor.  [redacted], that called me on Saturday morning said he was their supervisor.  I asked who [redacted] was and he said a handyman.  So, from start to finish, I have had difficulty finding anyone who told the truth.  [redacted]  [redacted]  [redacted]  [redacted]  [redacted]  [redacted]  [redacted]  man and he did not speak English.  But when he came out, he would have someone with him who did speak English.

Ms. [redacted] hired us through home advisor for a one time Cleaning Service. At the time of the estimate we asked several questions on what she wanted done on her house. We made an appointment to come back and cleaned her house. At this point an accident happened when we started moping her bathroom...

floor. We did not know how it happened but we accepted the mistake and provided Ms. [redacted] with our insurance company. She has filed a claim and it is already in processes to get her bathroom fixed. At this point there is nothing else we can do, the insurance is taking care of the accident. She is still calling, texting, emailing, 24/7 accusing us of neglect but as mentioned above, there is nothing else for us to do but leave it to the insurance. She mentioned she didn't like the final results of when we cleaned her house to where we responded we could go back tomorrow and clean it again free of charge but she refused. She then proceeded to call my partner names and speak racist slurs towards her. At this point we refused to work with her any longer and told her to contact the insurance company to claim what it will take to fix this issue.

When we first found out about the issue we offer Mrs. [redacted] to replace her bathroom floor and give her a full refund for the $200. Later on Ms. [redacted] stated that if we changed her bathroom floor her tub and the walls were not going to match anyone so she wanted them replaced as well. At this point it seemed to the company that she was trying to take advantage of the situation by trying to get more than what was damaged. Therefore, we decided to retrieve our offer and pass it onto the insurance to deal with it. The insurance will determine what she will receive. We cannot do anything about what the insurance feels will be an appropriate settlement. We have been informed by text message by Ms. [redacted] herself that the insurance adjuster has already gone to take a look at her property unlike stated in the message above. As mentioned previously when Ms. [redacted] decided to be rude to our employee we mentioned we refused to work and have any sort of contact with her any longer. Therefore, cannot reply to her text, phone calls, or emails to avoid any further miscommunication.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
Regards,
[redacted] As [redacted] can see by their correspondence, I was told that I would be refunded the $200 I paid for their "cleaning" service.  My house was not only not cleaned, but my floor tile was destroyed as well as some of my new towels.  I would like to see some proof that I have made racists remarks, etc.  As [redacted] can clearly see, I was called several names that I consider very offensive.  When they came to look at my floor, I asked [redacted], the "Supervisor" who was here to inspect the damage, if he had my $200 refund.  He told me yes.  After the floor inspection, I again asked for my $200 refund.  He said he would have to go to the car and get the check.  After about a 10 minute absence, he returned and told me I had to contact the insurance company.  They would do no more.  I again asked about my $200 refund and he told me the insurance company would be reimbursing me, which I knew not true.  I did get the name and number of their insurance company and called immediately.  They agreed it was not up to the insurance company to reimburse me for their cleaning and that would have to come from Z&N Cleaning.  The insurance adjuster has not come yet, and no settlement has been reached.  They will not acknowledge my phone calls, texts or emails.  No, I did not want them in my home again to "clean" and do more damage.    I can submit more pictures, but was only allowed these four.  And to date, have never received the reimbursement as I was told I would receive.  This company and all representatives have done nothing but lie to me repeatedly.  It appears they are all family and all reviews positive on all of their websites have been made by family members.  I posted a negative comment and it was removed.  By having all positive comments, this is deception and unethical practices in my opinion.
